| With people’s continuous pursuit of a better life and the development of the times,on top of material needs,people also pay more attention to spiritual and cultural needs and consumption,and now China is in a period of consumption agglomeration,at this stage will be cultural tourism as the main body,cultural tourism real estate This real estate branch industry came into being.Cultural tourism real estate is a supplement and expansion of residential properties,also known as the upgraded version of residential properties,which contains humanities,sightseeing and business elements,is a real estate complex.This thesis first provides a macro introduction and elaboration on the current situation of working capital management in China’s cultural tourism real estate industry.Usually,the working capital of cultural tourism real estate companies needs to cover two major sectors: real estate development and cultural tourism.The working capital of cultural tourism project companies has the main characteristics of large working capital demand,diversified working capital sources,and slow working capital turnover.Compared with traditional real estate,its development and operation is more difficult,and it requires the coordination and mutual feeding of the operation of the real estate end of the cultural tourism real estate project and the cultural tourism end to achieve the longterm and stable operation of cultural tourism real estate.Therefore,the capital-intensive industry and risk of cultural tourism real estate itself determine that working capital management is particularly important.Secondly,through the specific case-the use and efficiency of the working capital management of the W cultural tourism project of R company,the current situation and problems of the working capital management of the real estate and cultural tourism of the W cultural tourism project are analyzed and summarized,and then the causes of the problems and risks are analyzed.Finally,the measures to improve the ability of enterprises to cope with changes in the external environment and strengthen the internal working capital management of enterprises are elaborated.Through the analogy with the LEGO project,corresponding targeted specific optimization suggestions and measures were put forward,in an effort to improve the working capital management ability of the enterprise,promote the improvement and longterm development of the company’s operating ability,and promote the long-term operation of related cultural tourism real estate enterprises. |
