Research On Development Of Intangible Cultural Heritage In Hebei Province Based On The Triple Helix

Intangible cultural heritage is a treasure trove of spiritual civilization shared by all mankind.Under the background of the national "14th Five-Year Plan" planning policy,governments at all levels in my country have continued to make efforts to focus on the development of cultural heritage and expand through intelligent,digital and other related technologies.The direction of cultural heritage protection.In order to promote the protection of intangible cultural heritage,the State Administration of Cultural Heritage has established and improved a relatively complete scientific and technological innovation system.This is also a major development direction for the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage in the future.This study conducts research on the inheritance of Hebeis intangible cultural heritage.Taking Hengshui Neihua and Wei Countys printing and dyeing as cases,various research methods such as document distribution,interviews,and questionnaires are used.The main problems and reasons faced by the intangible cultural heritage in Hebei Province in the process of inheritance,and the use of the framework of the "triple helix" model,put forward targeted development strategies.On the basis of literature analysis,this research extracts and summarizes two types of inheritance and development strategies of intangible cultural heritage oriented by market value and strategy of inheritance and development of intangible cultural heritage oriented by cultural value.Combining two typical cases of orientation,that is,Hengshui Neihua,a representative of market value-oriented intangible cultural heritage inheritance and development strategies,and Wei County Printing and Dyeing,a representative of cultural value-oriented intangible cultural heritage inheritance and development strategies.On the basis of data analysis,the measurement indicators that affect the two value-oriented development strategies are constructed respectively.Combined with the measurement indicators,a questionnaire was made,a questionnaire survey was conducted,and an exploratory factor analysis was carried out.The results showed that the measurement indicators of the two value-oriented development strategies were robust and feasible,with high reliability and validity.The two types of value-oriented inheritance of intangible cultural heritage have very different problems at the government level,industry level and university level,and the reasons for their formation are different.Based on the "triple helix" model,the concept of future development is proposed for the inheritance of market value-oriented intangible cultural heritage and cultural value-oriented intangible cultural heritage.Strengthen the inheritance and protection of intangible cultural heritage from the government level,and establish and improve the dynamic assessment mechanism for inheritors;from the industrial level,strengthen cultural and economic development,do a good job in cultural industry construction,and deeply explore the market value of traditional projects,so as to enhance the hematopoietic ability of the entire project;from the perspective of colleges and universities,continue to promote the technical analysis of intangible cultural heritage,and record the video data of the existing inheritance videos,so that the intangible cultural heritage can be effectively inherited,and develop and develop on the current basis.Innovation to accelerate the application of technology throughout the project.
