| The cultivation of Chinese communicative competence is inseparable from the training of "listening,speaking,reading,writing" and other language skills.Among them,"listening" this language skill occupies an important position.Therefore,in the primary stage,we should focus on training students’ listening skills.In this paper,listening micro-skills training method as the leading teaching action research,in order to solve the problems existing in the classroom listening level is not high,class performance is not active,low participation.This paper analyzes the principles of listening micro-skills training,and divides the listening micro-skills into seven types:rapid discrimination,restatement after listening,memory storage,associative speculation,retrieval and monitoring,summary and comment.The feasibility of micro-skill training is analyzed in detail from three aspects of teaching object,teaching material and classroom situation,and two stages of listening micro-skill training are divided.Two phases of action were carried out to address classroom problems.In the first stage of action,the single teaching mode was changed at the beginning of the teaching,and the teaching method of listening micro-skills training was adopted,so that the students made progress in tone discrimination,memory and restatement ability.Although the classroom participation has been improved,there are also problems of unbalanced participation and dull classroom atmosphere in the last half of the class.In the second stage,audio-visual materials are integrated into the classroom in order to alleviate the classroom atmosphere.In order to balance the participation rate among students,students were divided into groups according to their level and class participation,group learning activities were set up and topics were discussed,which enlivened the classroom atmosphere,narrowed the gap in the participation rate among students and improved the imbalance of participation rate.According to the result of action,the author made the teaching reflection,connecting with the actual teaching effect,the author put forward the strategy of the listening micro-skills training: the training in every stage has a hierarchy,multiple focuing on cultivating listening micro-skills,using comnprehensive skills training to arouse the enthusiasm of students,providing comprehensible input,such micro-skills training strategy.It is hoped that this study can promote the further combination of listening micro-skills theory and primary Chinese teaching. |
