Research On Politics Of Chupan Zaifu In The Early Song RenZong Dynasty

During the reign of Emperor Renzong of the Song Dynasty,the pattern of "jointly governing the world" was formed between the emperor and scholar-officials.The remonish system of Taijian was improved,and the supervision of prime ministers was strengthened.The emperor used Taijian’s exposition to limit the power of the chancellors,who could be removed if they were impeached.In addition,the Renzong dynasty prospered in party strife,and the subjugation involved in party strife would also be dismissed.Therefore,in the Renzong Dynasty,it was a common phenomenon that the chancellors were dismissed.As central ministers,their political activities can constitute the political history of a dynasty.Based on the political activities of "chupan" in Renzong dynasty,we can have a more thorough understanding of the politics of Renzong dynasty.Most of the subordinates of the Renzong Dynasty had the experience of chupan.In the "sentenced" auxiliary,a small number of people were recalled back to the center,as auxiliary again.In the complicated political environment,the reasons for the dismissal of chancellors were varied,and the impeachment suggested by Renzong had the greatest influence on the removal of chancellors,followed by the self-request removal and the direct removal of the emperor.Compared with ordinary local officials,they are familiar with the national policy,have rich administrative experience,have certain appeal,and are effective in local governance.In disaster years,they actively organized disaster relief,with remarkable results.In times of local turmoil,they cooperated with each other to suppress uprisings and maintain social stability.In the aspect of culture and education,they set up prefectural schools,developed academic education,established family free schools,and improved the educational level of the Renzong Dynasty.When they were sent to the border areas,they took part in the defense against the Western Xia and consolidated the border defense of the Song and Liao.Most of the auxiliary groups in "chupan" places can actively participate in local governance and promote the development of local society.After returning to the center again,they are more able to do things not surprised,with its unique strain ability to settle toward the bureau.But there are also a small number of "sentenced" auxiliary,in the central Remonstrance for impeachment,power ministers exclude,party contention and other political reasons were removed from office,after returning to the central,in order to avoid the disaster staged again,they choose to protect themselves,few achievements in the hall.
