Research On The Protection Problems And Countermeasures Of Ethnic Minority Intangible Cultural Heritage In Weixi County

The intangible cultural heritage of ethnic minorities is an important part of China’s fine traditional culture,an expression of our country and our national spirit,and an embodiment of the country’s soft power.In recent years,China has always attached great importance to the protection of intangible cultural heritage,and has established a national,provincial,municipal and county(district)four-level intangible cultural heritage list system,and achieved some achievements in the protection of intangible cultural heritage.Weixi county in Yunnan province as a minority lisu autonomous county,is located in the "three rivers and" core hinterland,vast territory,rich natural resources,ethnic culture has a long history,profound traditional culture,county of lisu,naxi,han,Tibetan,white,rice,yi,anger,dragon,and so on more than ten kinds of ethnic groups,has rich minority intangible cultural heritage resources,but because of the remote location,the county overall development is relatively backward,in the intangible cultural heritage protection has a big space.This paper in weixi county case,based on the collaborative governance theory,new public service theory,using the literature research method,interview method,research methods,the weixi county minority ethnic intangible cultural heritage protection work policy documents,list establishment,funding sources,personnel construction,and so on and so forth,research,government,social organizations,inheritance,people,media and other forces to carry out the present situation of minority intangible protection,initially formed the government led,social organizations to assist,the people to participate in the cooperative protection mode,But due to the government responsibility implementation does not reach the designated position,the main body participation mechanism is not sound,participation consciousness and minority non heritage development innovation,makes the current west county minority intangible cultural heritage protection exist multiple management responsibility main body is not clear,inheritance protection funds,inheritance team construction,cultural heritage tourism integration degree is not high.On this basis,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions: the leading role of government should give full play to improve the protection mechanism;construct the cross-department collaborative protection pattern based on the participation of multiple subjects,give full play to the multiple subject forces,promote the inheritance of minority intangible cultural heritage through modern media means,expand the communication influence,guide the appropriate industrialization and rational utilization,innovate the development of related derivatives,improve the development power of intangible cultural heritage,and hope to contribute to the protection of minority intangible cultural heritage in Weixi County.
