| The goal of "four in one" school physical education in the new era has pointed out the direction for the development of college sports dance teaching.This study adopts research methods such as literature review,expert interview,questionnaire survey,and mathematical statistics to conduct research on the teaching of optional sports dance courses in colleges and universities under the goal of "Four in One" school sports.Research has found that the "four in one" school physical education goal is the process goal of physical exercise,enjoying fun is an evaluation of whether students can obtain happiness in sports dance courses,and improving physical fitness is a test of students’ physical health level.To improve their personality and temper their will,it is necessary to observe and evaluate their state from the perspective of teachers.At present,the elective courses of sports dance in colleges and universities mainly focus on teaching sports dance specific skills and physical health levels.There is a lack of in-depth understanding of the "four in one" goal of teachers in elective sports dance courses in colleges and universities;The content of students’ physical training is few;Process management and process objectives are not arranged;Incomplete evaluation of teaching effectiveness.The optimization countermeasures for the "four in one" goal of college sports dance include deepening the understanding of the "four in one" school sports goal and implementing it into teaching practice;Attach importance to the training content and effect of students’ physique enhancement;Building a hierarchical teaching model based on students’ abilities;Innovate and enrich teaching evaluation methods.The teaching of the "four in one" goal has a promoting effect on improving students’ enjoyment of sports dance,promoting the improvement of physical fitness,personality integrity,and the cultivation of willpower. |
