Research On The Planning And Design Of Dahe Village Heritage Museum Sign System Based On Service Design

Through simple and effective information transmission,the signage system helps visitors get the tour information they need more quickly and easily in the museum space.Service design,as a new thinking mode and interdisciplinary research subject,can provide more scientific and reasonable solutions for the planning and design of the sign system of heritage museums.This study first introduces the research status of sign system design and service design,and defines the basic contents of the two research fields.Based on the service design,it evaluates and analyzes the planning and design case of the sign system of heritage museum,and carries out a field investigation of the sign system of the Heritage museum of Dahe Village in Zhengzhou City.Combined with user survey data and user interview results,summed up the shortcomings of its design.According to the previous results,the design framework of the sign system of heritage museum based on the concept of service design is summarized.Finally,taking Dahe Village Heritage Museum as an example,the corresponding design practice is carried out according to the design process,which provides a new idea and method for the construction of heritage museum sign system.
