The Development Of Chinese Zither In The Form Of Ensemble

By elaborating the use of zither in various periods,the author clarifies the role played by zither in the ensemble,and shows the development potential of zither as a traditional national instrument in combination with its own innovative development.After more than two thousand years of development and reform,Zither has been deeply loved by everyone.Zither people in the past dynasties have never stopped their exploration of zither to explore more possibilities.Since ancient times,the zither has played a more or less unique role in the ensemble and has become a part of the art of zither that cannot be ignored.At present,among the existing literary theories,there is little space to study zither in the ensemble.In addition,with the development of The Times,Zither ensemble is increasingly praised and valued,so the author takes this as the entry point to establish the research direction.In the research process,based on the philology,the method of multi-disciplinary comprehensive research is adopted,and music archaeology,literature and other disciplines are absorbed to provide reference for the research.Before introducing the content of this article,the author makes a simple statement about the "ensemble" mentioned in this article: "ensemble" is a foreign word,which refers to the performance of multi-instrumental music in which two or more players play different parts of the same music together,and each part is relatively independent.Therefore,the "ensemble" in this topic can be a multi-part ensemble of different Musical Instruments or a multi-part ensemble of the same Musical Instruments.This paper can be divided into five chapters.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the background,purpose and research trends of this topic,and indicates the feasibility of this topic.The second part discusses that zither is an instrument with advantages of cooperation from two aspects of historical research and the innovation and development of zither itself,which lays a foundation for the following introduction of the application of zither in various periods of the ensemble.The third part mainly discusses the identity change of zither in instrumental music ensemble in ancient and modern times.The fourth part is the exploration of the "pure" zither ensemble form under the meaning of the ensemble.This part mainly discusses the Feicui zither regiment and Xijing zither regiment as examples.This chapter also includes the analysis of the orchestration and playing experience of the ensemble "Jade".The last part is the summary of this paper.To sum up,this paper aims to sort out the transformation of zither’s identity in the ensemble through the comparison between ancient and modern in combination with historical documents and real situations,and consider the current development direction of zither,so as to contribute to the transformation and development of zither realistically.
