The Chinese red culture is a valuable spiritual wealth condensed by the blood and sacrifice of several generations of the the Communist Party of China.The Party Central Committee,with Comrade Xi explore local characteristic resources.Wuhu is a red revolutionary hot land with rich resources related to the Party’s heritage to great use and relatively complete types.Under the joint efforts of the government and the people,the development and utilization of resources related to the Party’s heritage to great use in Wuhu has been quite effective.However,due to the large quantity,types and and utilization of resources related to the Party’s heritage to great use in Wuhu.This paper summarizes the research status at home and abroad on the exploitation and utilization of resources related second chapter firstly combs the Marxist theory and the theoretical achievements related to red culture of previous Chinese leaders,further defines the realistic basis for the development and
