| The rapid development of China’s older adults population,the development of the Internet and the popularity of the network have led to an increase in the popularity of smartphones among older adults.The emergence of big data,artificial intelligence and other information technology have driven the development of e-government,which brings opportunities and challenges to the construction of e-government in China.Government service mobile Applications are a bridge between the government and the masses for convenient contact,and the masses can conduct business online.China’s Internet users account for a large proportion of cell phone users,but the ability of older users to use smart phones is low,and it is more difficult for older users to fully enjoy the convenience of e-government services.Therefore,the development of government service mobile Applications should be designed for older adults,to help them better adapt to the digital government life.Then,the related competing products are analyzed from the perspective of five elements of user experience,which provides reference value for the design suitable for the older adults behind the paper.By combining the existing research basis,technology acceptance model,usability evaluation and other contents,this paper carries out a specific study on the older adults suitable design of the App of Su Fuban.It is mainly divided into the following stages:Firstly,relevant theories,domestic and foreign research status,e-government Application status and other contents were sorted out,and man-machine characteristics and UI design criteria of older adults population were summarized,providing reference for the whole research work.Then we analyze the relevant competing products from the perspective of the five elements of user experience to provide reference value for the subsequent design for older adults.In the form of semi-structured interview,the use of government service mobile Applications and the use of Su Fuban and other aspects of older adults were investigated,NVivo was used for data processing and analysis,and the needs of older adults users were explored.On the basis of the technology acceptance model proposed by Davis,it was expanded,man-machine characteristics and experience variables were added,STAM model was constructed,and model verification was carried out to explore the influencing factors for older adults to use the App.This paper puts forward the design strategy to improve the use of Su Fuban App by older adults.The design strategies include: improving the compatibility of experience,improving the fitness of human-machine characteristics,improving the perceived usefulness and improving the perceived ease of use,which provides theoretical basis for the subsequent design practice.Finally,based on the previous research results,the Su Fuban App for older adults was designed and its usability was tested.Analysis was conducted from effectiveness index,efficiency index and subjective satisfaction index to further verify the rationality of optimization.According to the usability test results and user feedback,the interface was redesigned.With the help of TAM model,this paper explores the design of Su Fuban App for older adults,so as to enhance the experience of older adults in using this App.The research methods,processes,design principles,design schemes and other contents used can provide some reference for related research. |
