| In August 2022,The International Society for Chinese Language Teaching issued Professional Competency Standards for International Chinese Language Teachers(hereinafter referred to as the Professional Competency Standards).The Professional Competency Standards contain the latest requirements for International Chinese Language Teachers to use educational technology,and provide new inspiration and direction for the development of information literacy among International Chinese Language Teachers.On December 9,2022,Vice Premier Sun Chunlan pointed out at the Conference on International Chinese Language Education that the informatization,digitalization and intelligence of International Chinese Language Education should be promoted,and the high-quality development of International Chinese Language Education should be solidly promoted.The integration of information technology and International Chinese Language Education is an important support for the transformation and upgrading of International Chinese Language Education and the high-quality development.Teachers are the key to the development of education,and International Chinese Language Teachers should keep pace with the times,be deeply aware of the importance of improving information literacy,and actively adapt to the development and changes of International Chinese Language Education in the new era.At present,there is a lack of research on the information literacy of International Chinese Language Teachers in China.This study adopts two research methods,literature research and questionnaire survey,guided by the theory of teacher professional development stage and the theory of teacher knowledge,aiming to define the connotation of information literacy of International Chinese Language Teachers,explore the current situation of information literacy of International Chinese Language Teachers,and propose strategies to improve the information literacy of International Chinese Language Teachers.Specifically,based on the research results on teacher information literacy at home and abroad,combined with the latest description of the application of educational technology in the Professional Competency Standards,this thesis defines the connotation of information literacy of International Chinese Language Teachers,and preliminarily designs the Evaluation Index of Information Literacy of International Chinese Language Teachers.On this basis,the International Chinese Language Teachers’ Information Literacy Questionnaire was compiled,and the survey was carried out from five dimensions: information awareness and emotion,information knowledge,information ability,information ethics and security,and professional development.In this thesis,the reliability and validity of the survey data were tested with the help of SPSS26.0 data analysis software,and the descriptive statistical analysis and group difference analysis of the survey results were carried out.Based on data analysis,this thesis analyzes the current situation of information literacy of International Chinese Language Teachers from the aspects of advantages and problems.It is found that the overall level of information literacy of International Chinese Language Teachers is relatively high,but there are also the following problems: uneven development of information awareness and emotional dimension,incomplete mastery of information knowledge,have basic information teaching ability but lack of ability to apply new information technology,high awareness of information security but still need to strengthen information ethics,emphasis on professional development planning but lack of reflective ability.Finally,based on the analysis of the current situation of information literacy of International Chinese Language Teachers,this thesis proposes strategies for improving information literacy of International Chinese Language Teachers from three levels: teachers,schools and government. |
