Research On Performance Evaluation Of Urban Public Cultural Service Supply

With the development of the economy and society,public cultural services play an essential role in improving national quality and promoting social harmony.Currently,there are still certain problems in the performance evaluation of public cultural service supply,such as an incomplete evaluation system and unscientific evaluation methods.This paper,based on the application of public goods theory,multi-centered governance theory,and government performance theory,adopts the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)as the research method,taking District A of City H as the research object to deeply explore the changing trends of the perfoimance of public cultural service supply.The research content mainly includes the following aspects:firstly,to collect and organize related literature to establish the core theory of public cultural services,providing theoretical support for the research.Secondly,by analyzing the preliminary research data,it is possible to understand the current situation of public cultural service supply and analyze existing problems.Then,by combining the Analytic Hierarchy Process,a performance indicator system for public cultural services in District A is constructed,and the weight of each indicator is analyzed,which helps to evaluate the performance of public cultural service supply.Finally,according to the evaluation results,corresponding countermeasures will be proposed in hopes of improving the performance of public cultural services.The research findings indicate that although District A has achieved certain results in the level of urban public cultural services,there are still deficiencies in financial supply,infrastructure supply,human resources supply,and cultural supply output.In conjunction with the performance evaluation results of public cultural supply in District A,relevant strategies to improve the performance level of public cultural services in District A are proposed,aiming to effectively promote the level of public cultural services in District A and provide reference experiences for the development of public cultural services in similar regions,offering theoretical support and practical references for promoting the sustainable development of public cultural services.
