| From the perspective of French philosopher Jean Baudrillard’s simulacra theory,this paper takes specific animation cases as examples,and animation development history as the dark line to sort out Baudrillard’s simulacra hierarchy theory layer by layer,and combines the actual case analysis of animation symbol "Hyper-Reality" performance.By using literature research method,interdisciplinary research method,case analysis method,qualitative research method and functional analysis method,the construction and development of animated symbols are investigated,and the "Hyper-Reality" functions and characteristics of animated symbols are summarized,so that animation researchers can jointly understand and think about the new development of animation today and in the future.The thesis is divided into six parts: the introduction part elaborates the correlation between Baudrillard’s simulacra theory and the study of animation symbol theory,and introduces the current research status at home and abroad.The first chapter traces the four levels of Baudrillard’s simulacra theory,draws out the meaning of "Hyper-Reality",and combines these theories with specific animation cases to deepen understanding and strengthen the connection between simulacra theory and animation.In the second chapter,the author constructs the symbol system of animation,proves the legitimacy of the study of animation symbol from the perspective of language semiotics,frames the concept of animation symbol according to the definition of animation and symbol,and summarizes its internal function.The third chapter,on the basis of the above,deeply studies the "Hyper-Reality" performance of the animation symbol in the off-screen,which is manifested in its function and value.The fourth chapter,combined with the previous research,explores its application in the author’s personal creation practice,and carries on the evaluation and reflection.The sixth part is full text summary.Based on Baudrillard’s simulacra theory and symbolic thought,this paper analyzes the shape and appearance of animated symbols(signifiers)and the connotation and emotion of metaphors(referents)from on-screen to off-screen,studies and summarizes the theoretical research results on the functions,values and characteristics of animated symbols,and applies and explores the role and significance of the theoretical results in its own creation.The use of three-dimensional technology to produce works that can reflect the "Hyper-Reality". |
