Research On Discourse Communication Of Sports Commentators In The 5G Era

Under the development and changes of media technology,the constant changes in the communication methods of sports events lead to the discourse transformation of sports commentary,from radio to television to the Internet,the focus of discourse dissemination of sports commentary has undergone a discourse change from description to comment to interaction.Entering the 5G era,new technologies such as AI,mobile internet,big data,cloud computing,AR,and VR are widely used in the broadcast of sports events,and the innovation of communication technology not only brings about changes in the way sports events are broadcast,but also promotes the communication environment.Changes have taken place,and sports commentators are gradually adapting to new broadcast methods and communication trends.In this environment,the needs of the audience to watch the game are also changing,which has given birth to a new transmission and reception relationship,transmission and reception subjects,and a communication pattern.It has profoundly affected the form of communication,discourse mode,commentary method and communication effect of sports commentators.This thesis takes sports commentators in the 5G era as the research object,selects large-scale sports event commentaries that use 5G related technologies as research samples,and uses three methods of literature research,case analysis and text analysis to conduct research.Firstly,it outlines the basic conceptual features of 5G technology and sports commentary,and sorts out the development of sports commentary.Secondly,the communication environment faced by sports commentators in the 5G era is analyzed from three aspects: the iterative update of communication technology,the deep integration of communication channels,and the multi-dimensional needs of communication audiences.Afterwards,it focused on discussing the new state of commentary discourse presented by sports commentators after AI artificial intelligence,big data and cloud computing,as well as AR,VR and other technologies are empowered in the broadcast of sports events.The study found that the use of new technologies in the broadcast of sports events is affecting the logic of sports commentators’ commentary,which is manifested in sports commentators highlighting humanistic advantages,grasping commentary tendencies,arousing psychological resonance among audiences,highlighting professionalism,comprehensively interpreting events,rendering The influence of the atmosphere and environment of the competition.This thesis believes that sports commentators in the 5G era should strengthen the cooperation between man and machine to achieve a good cooperative relationship between man and machine.Use artificial intelligence,big data,virtual reality and other technologies to highlight the humanity,objectivity,resonance,professionalism,comprehensiveness and immersion of the commentary.Under the development trend of5 G promoting the deep integration of media,sports commentators should actively adapt to the contextual rules of new media,conform to the development trend of media integration,and focus on cultivating the ability of all-media discourse communication.Deepen user thinking and enhance interactive expression,cultivate personalized language and increase network-inspired expression,break the front and back barriers and realize personalized expression.The 5G-based media platform will become the mainstream international public opinion field that gathers global audiences.As the outlet of sports culture communication,sports commentators need to base themselves on an international perspective,do a good job in the unity of cultural propaganda and communication,and expand the influence of Chinese culture.To temper literary skills,to demonstrate cultural self-confidence,to enhance narrative ability,to shape the image of the country,to highlight empathy communication,and to promote sportsmanship.The advent of the 5G era has affected the media industry,innovated the technical means of broadcasting sports events,promoted the in-depth development of media integration,and brought new challenges to sports commentators.Based on the 5G era,this thesis explores the discourse characteristics of sports commentators and proposes corresponding optimization strategies.It is hoped that the research in this thesis can enrich the discourse research of sports commentary,and it is expected to have practical application value in the sports commentary industry.
