Research On The Mechanism And Path Of Digital Empowerment Of Yan’an Red Cultural Resources Innovation Transformation

"Make good use of red resources and carry forward red traditions" and realize the innovation and transformation of red cultural resources in the digital era is the historical mission given by the times.The invention and transformation of red cultural resources,however,has long followed the conventional logic of "carrier,environment,and technology," and as a result,it is clear that they are insufficient.The innovation and transformation of red cultural resources enabled by digital technology has emerged as a key trend to support the sustainable development of red cultural resources in the digital era driven by artificial intelligence.An urgent issue that has to be resolved is how to encourage innovation and transformation of Yan’an Red cultural resources with the aid of digital technology.On the basis of combining and summarizing existing relevant research,this paper selects Yan’an red cultural resources as the research object and employs a combination of theory and empirical evidence to investigate the mechanism and improvement path of Yan’an red cultural resources.Firstly,based on the theory of information space,the role mechanism of digital technology empowered the innovation and transformation of red cultural resources is explained from four aspects: digital empowerment of red resources,innovation activation of red IP,digital dissemination of red culture and copyright protection of red culture.Secondly,beginning with field research,this paper analyzes the current situation,development results,and existing difficulties of Yan’an’s red cultural resources in order to lay the groundwork for the development of the evaluation system.Thirdly,an evaluation index system for the innovation and transformation of red cultural resources was constructed with reference to relevant research results combined with the exploratory factor analysis method,and the weight of the evaluation index system was determined by the entropy weight method,and the current situation of innovation and transformation of red cultural resources in Yan’an was comprehensively evaluated by questionna Finally,based on the findings of a theoretical analysis and an empirical study,a promotion path for the innovation and transformation of red cultural resources in Yan’an empowered by digital is proposed.The results show that:(1)The system for red cultural resources’ digital empowerment Change and innovation are as follows: The integration of tweets and tourism,the blessing of cultural creativity,the integration of literary and artistic creation are all made possible by digital technology.Media technology also empowers the diversification of subjects,intelligent resources,and three-dimensional media,as well as the digital empowerment of resource rights confirmation,resource trading,and resource supervising.(2)According to a field investigation,although Yan’an red cultural resources have made progress toward innovation and transformation,there are still problems with technical application,a lack of talent support,a lack of open channels for communication,and issues with copyright protection.(3)The evaluation score for the current innovation and transformation of Yan’an red cultural resources is 59.22 points,which is at a low level in the development stage,according to a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.(4)The policy system should be improved,infrastructure should be built faster,and a digital platform should be built.Additionally,the talent introduction and training mechanisms should be improved,scene experience should be improved,technical integration should be strengthened,a copyright registration mechanism should be established,a copyright supervision chain should be established,and a digital platform should be built.
