| In this study,Traditional Chinese Medicine research and information technology are closely combined.Relying on the national key project "clinical decision-making system of syndrome differentiation and treatment based on the academic experience of famous and old TCM",using ontology technology,knowledge map,terminology specification and other related technologies and systems,and using the domain ontology "seven steps" as the method to sort out the syndrome differentiation content,TCM syndrome differentiation related content is basically realized knowledge extraction and representation.The knowledge structure is stored and managed by using Neo4j chart data management system,which basically achieves the presentation of TCM syndrome differentiation knowledge map structure.Syndrome differentiation and treatment is a unique clinical thinking mode of traditional Chinese medicine,which should be followed in clinical diagnosis and treatment of diseases.In other words,syndrome differentiation is the premise and basis of treatment,providing direction for the subsequent treatment.After collecting the information of four diagnoses,the accuracy of syndrome differentiation determines the therapeutic effect,which can be said to play a connecting role in the diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Up to now,the theoretical system of TCM syndrome differentiation has been quite comprehensive,but there are still some problems to be solved,such as the nonstandard terminology of TCM syndrome differentiation,the opacity of TCM syndrome differentiation procedures and so on.In the past several decades,the application of modern technology in the study of TCM syndrome differentiation has made some breakthroughs and progresses,and a series of TCM expert systems and TCM syndrome differentiation models have been constructed.However,due to the nonstandard terminology of TCM syndrome differentiation,the insufficient amount of medical cases data and the low quality of samples,their clinical practicability is not well,and they need high-quality knowledge database as a support.Knowledge base is a highly structured system with reasoning rules based on knowledge.The key point is the representation of knowledge,which determines the structure of knowledge base.Ontology based representation is a research hotspot in recent years,and domain ontology "seven steps" is a method of building ontology,which has wide applicability and high maturity,especially in the field of medicine.Therefore,this subject takes the knowledge of the ninth edition of "diagnostics of traditional Chinese medicine" in the 12th Five Year plan of higher education in Chinese medicine industry as the data source,and explores the application domain ontology "seven steps" to guide the construction Ontology in the field of TCM syndrome differentiation,which is used to construct the knowledge base of TCM syndrome differentiation reasoning.Research objectiveThe purpose of this study is to explore the thinking process of TCM dialectical reasoning,to form a more clinical dialectical reasoning logic,and to explore the method of constructing TCM dialectical reasoning knowledge base according to domain ontology"seven steps".Research method1.Literature research:Through reading the relevant literature of TCM syndrome differentiation thinking and methods,summarize the more reasonable and applicable TCM syndrome differentiation thinking.Referring to the theory and application of "seven steps"ontology in the field of literature research,as well as the related research on the construction of knowledge base,find out the relatively advantageous technology of knowledge base construction at present.2.Logic research:Based on the thinking of TCM syndrome differentiation,describing the process of TCM syndrome differentiation reasoning,carrying out the logic research of TCM syndrome differentiation reasoning,and using the logic reasoning to present the reasoning procedure form symptom to disease and symptom to syndrome.3.Research on the method of knowledge base construction:the procedure of knowledge base construction mainly includes data collection,data processing and data storage management.Based on the data of Textbook of diagnostics of TCM,using the method of domain ontology "seven steps" reorganizes the theoretical knowledge of TCM syndrome differentiation,which is expressed by ontology.The Brat system is used to label the original data to extract entities,and the "TCM Thesaurus" is imported into the system to normalize the data.The extracted data is stored and managed in the Neo4j chart database management system to form a small TCM syndrome differentiation knowledge map,namely TCM syndrome differentiation reasoning knowledge base.Research findingsAfter reorganizing the knowledge of syndrome differentiation of TCM,the subject defines three concepts of disease,syndrome and symptom,including their attributes,and defines the "have" relationship among them.According this,4157 entity data,2109 relationships and 1501 entities are labeled in the Brat system.In Neo4j system,1455 symptom nodes,97 syndrome nodes and 2109 relationships are created.Research conclusion and significanceThe logical reasoning formula of TCM syndrome differentiation can clearly express the reasoning process from "symptom " to "disease" and from "disease" to "syndrome",which,in a certain extent,can fix the problem of nonstandard and opaque syndrome differentiation.The "seven steps" of domain ontology is feasible to guide the construction of TCM syndrome differentiation knowledge base.The application of ontology representation can form a structured expression of syndrome differentiation knowledge,and then display it in the form of knowledge map.It can not only strengthen the degree of knowledge association,but also improve the speed of searching and responding,and the quality of TCM syndrome differentiation knowledge base,providing a data support and methodology reference for the development of TCM syndrome differentiation intelligence. |
