Observation On The Efficacy Of Yanghe Decoction Combined With Minimally Invasive Lavage In The Treatment Of Granulomatous Lobular Mastitis (mass Stage

Objective: This study mainly observed the clinical effect of Yanghe decoction combined with minimally invasive lavage on granulomatous lobular mastitis(mass stage),to better understand the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine combined with modern medicine in the treatment of this disease,and to provide a basis for clinical application.Evidence basis.Methods: According to the case inclusion criteria,52 patients with granulomatous lobular mastitis(mass stage)were selected from the breast specialist department of Changde Hospital Affiliated to Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and 52 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups;26 patients in the experimental group(Yanghe decoction combined with minimally invasive lavage);26 cases in the control group(steroid methylprednisolone combined with minimally invasive lavage).The two groups took 8 weeks as the treatment period.The clinical efficacy after 8 weeks and the recurrence after 3 months of cure were observed,and statistical analysis was performed after the treatment,and the test results were discussed.Results:(1)There was no statistical significance in the skin temperature,mass size,mass hardness,breast pain,size and number of microabscesses,and total symptom score between the two groups before the test(p>0.05),which were comparable.(2)Comparison within groups: After treatment,the skin temperature,mass size,mass hardness,breast pain,size and number of microabscesses,and total symptom scores were improved in both groups(p ≤0.05).Comparison between groups: The improvement of lump size,lump hardness,breast pain,size and number of microabscesses,and total symptom score of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(p<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(p>0.05).(3)During the treatment,1 patient in the control group gained 4kg after oral administration of methylprednisolone for 1month,and 2 patients developed steroid withdrawal syndrome.Repeatedly increasing the dose,the patients in the experimental group did not have obvious adverse reactions,and the safety was higher.The recurrence rate of the experimental group(15.38%)was lower than that of the control group(30.08%),p<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:(1)Yanghe decoction combined with minimally invasive lavage and methylprednisolone combined with minimally invasive lavage are effective in the treatment of granulomatous lobular mastitis(mass stage)affected area skin temperature,mass size,mass hardness,breast pain,microabscess The size and quantity,and the total score of symptoms have certain curative effect.(2)Yanghe decoction combined with minimally invasive lavage in the treatment of granulomatous lobular mastitis(mass stage)has a more obvious clinical effect than the western medicine group,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and is easy to operate,less side effects,and safer.High,with clinical promotion value.(3)Yanghe decoction combined with minimally invasive lavage treatment reduces the recurrence rate nearly double compared with the western medicine group,which has obvious advantages over traditional western medicine treatment.
