Clinical Observation Of Xianfang Huoming Yin Combined With Local Injection Of Triamcinolone Acetonide On The Tumor Stage Of Granulomatous Lobular Mastitis With Yang Syndrome

Objective:By observing the clinical effect of Xianfanghuomingyin oral administration and triamcinolone acetonide local injection on granuloma lobular mastitis in the masculine stage of Yang syndrome,we explored a positive and effective treatment plan for the masculine stage of the Yang syndrome in this disease Treatment of GLM provides effective evidence-based medicine.Methods: A total of 60 patients who met the breast stage of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and met the disease’s positive syndrome were collected and randomly divided into three groups according to the order of treatment.Groups A,B,and C were given Xianfang Huomemingyin for oral use,group B was applied with Ruyi Jinhuang Powder,and group C was treated with triamcinolone acetonide.Observe and record the clinical efficacy,syndrome scores(tumor size,pain level)and breast shape of the three groups of patients with GLM-positive mass stage treated with drugs.Results: Of the 60 patients included,56 were married and 4 were unmarried;aged(21-45)years,with an average age of(31.86±6.81)years;weight(44-67)kg,average weight(53.96±4.77);with a history of breastfeeding54 cases,6 cases without breastfeeding history;3 to 83 months from the last lactation,the average time(26.63±20.37);after treatment,the average syndrome of group A was(6.07±2.92)points,and the average syndrome of group B was(4.73±2.15),C The average syndrome score of the group was(1.46±1.48),compared between the two groups,(P = 0.013 <0.05)compared with group B and(P = 0.000 <0.05)compared with group A;the difference between group B and group A was statistically significant;Ratio(P = 0.083> 0.05),the difference was not statistically significant.It can be seen that after treatment,the effect of group C is the most obvious.Thecure rate and total effective rate of the three groups of patients after 4courses of treatment were 0% in group A,10% in group B,and 70% in group C.After statistical analysis,the difference was statistically significant at(P= 0.000 <0.05).Conclusion:(1)The incidence of GLM has no obvious relationship with age and weight,and its clinical manifestations Often breasts are swollen and painful.(2)Xianfang Huomingyin oral administration combined with triamcinolone acetonide local injection in the treatment of patients with GLM positive syndrome can significantly shorten the course of the disease,alleviate breast pain and better preserve the breast shape.(3)The treatment methods of the three groups are all effective,but the total effective rate,recovery rate and marked efficiency of the Xianfanghuomingyin oral administration combined with triamcinolone injection group are significantly higher than the two control groups.(4)There were no serious toxic and side effects and adverse events in this study.Therefore,Xianfang Huomingyin combined with triamcinolone acetonide for injection in the treatment of GLM positive syndrome is safe and effective.
