Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Anorexia In Patients With Chronic Kidney Disease By Bushen Paidu Granules Combined With Pricking The Four-seamed Acupoint

Objective:This study aims to observe the clinical efficacy of Bushen Paidu Granule combined with acupuncturing at Sifeng(EX-UE10)to treat chronic kidney disease with anorexia,in order to delay the progress of chronic kidney disease and reducing the symptoms of anorexia in patients with chronic kidney disease,and provide effective treatment method.Method:1.Cases from 70 patients with an outpatient clinic of hospital were diagnosed as chronic kidney disease with anorexia,and the syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine is spleen and kidney qi deficiency and blood silt and damp pathogen syndrome.The patients who meet the requirements are randomly divided into two groups,35 people per group.Both groups control blood pressure,blood sugar,maintain water and electrolyte balance,dehydration,matrigelation and other Western medicine.Patients in the control group were treated with basic treatment,and patients with the treatment group were treated with basic treatment,the combination of Bushen Paidu Granule and Acupuncture at Sifeng(EX-UE10).The total treatment of the two groups was 8 weeks.2.Observe the changes in clinical efficacy of the kidney function indicators(SCR,BUN),appetite NRS scores,scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and the total effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome before and after the treatment of the two groups of patients,and conduct clinical efficacy observations based on conventional safety test project indicators.Use SPSS 23.0 to process the test data to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of the internal and external treatment of Chinese medicine.Result: The 70 cases were admitted to this clinical trial,60 cases completed the observation test,and finally included 60 cases for medical statistics.Among them,there were 30 test groups and control groups.research shows:1.The age,gender,primary cause,and CKD staging of the two groups of patients are compared without statistically significance(P> 0.05).2.The two groups of renal function indicators(Scr,BUN),appetite NRS scores,scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and the total effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome have statistical differences(P<0.05).The treatment group is better than the control group in improving renal function indicators,improving syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine and increasing appetite and food.The test is safe and reliable,and the adverse reactions are not observed.Conclusion: The clinical efficacy of Bushen Paidu Granule combined with acupuncturing at Sifeng(EX-UE10)to treat chronic kidney disease with anorexia can improve renal function indicators,appetite NRS scores,Chinese medicine syndrome,delay CKD progress,and high safety.
