Clinical Observation On Wenyang Zhenshuai Granules In The Treatment Of Patients With Chronic Heart Failure And Yang Deficiency And Water Flooding Syndrom

Objective: To observe the effect of Wenyang Zhenshuai Granule on NYHA cardiac function and TCM symptom score,amino-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),matrix metalloproteinase-1(MMP-1),tissue Metalloproteinase inhibitor-1(TIMP-1)and other effects.Methods: From January 2021 to January 2022,60 patients who met the inclusion criteria and were hospitalized in the Department of Cardiology,The First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,30 cases in each,and the control group.Treated with conventional western medicine for heart failure,the treatment group was treated with conventional western medicine for heart failure combined with Wenyang Zhenshui Granules treatment,the treatment cycle was 4weeks,the changes of NYHA cardiac function and TCM symptom scores were observed in the two groups before and after treatment,and the two groups were detected by ELISA method.The serum NT-proBNP,MMP-1 and TIMP-1 contents of the patients in the group before and after treatment were analyzed by SPSS 26.0software.Results:(1)Comparison of NYHA cardiac function: after treatment,the improvement of cardiac function in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05);(2)Comparison of TCM symptom scores:after treatment,the improvement of TCM symptom scores in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05);(3)Comparison of NT-proBNP,MMP-1 and TIMP-1:After treatment,both groups of patients could reduce serum NT-proBNP and MMP-1 levels and up-regulate TIMP-1levels,and the treatment group had better effect.There is a statistical difference(P<0.05);Conclusion:(1)Wenyang Zhenshui Granules combined with conventional western medicine treatment can better improve the NYHA cardiac function level and TCM symptom score in patients with chronic heart failure with yang deficiency and water syndrome,improve clinical symptoms,and can be clinically differentiated use;(2)Wenyang Zhenshuai Granules combined with conventional western medicine treatment can better reduce the serum NT-proBNP and MMP-1 levels,and up-regulate the TIMP-1 levels in patients with chronic heart failure with yang deficiency and water syndrome,compared with conventional western medicine alone.The mechanism of anti-heart failure may be related to reducing the content of MMP-1 and increasing the content of TIMP-1.
