Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Senile Chronic Heart Failure With Yang Deficiency And Water Flooding Syndrome With Wenyang Lishui Prescription

[Objective] Toobserve the clinical efficacy and safety of Wenyang Lishui prescription in treating senile chronic heart failure with yang-deficiency and water-flooding syndrome.[Methods] According to the method of random number table,72 cases were divided into observation group and control group according to the ratio of 1:1,36 cases each.The control group was treated with routine Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Wenyang Lishui Fang for 14 days,at the end of the study,the scores of TCM Syndromes,cardiac function,6-minute walking test,physical and chemical indexes and safety indexes were compared between the two groups.[results]1.TCM Syndrome Score and Efficacy:After the two treatments,the single score group was compared with the control group(p < 0.01),and the symptoms of palpitation,wheezing,facial edema and expectoration were compared between the two groups(p <0.01,p < 0.05).After treatment,the total score of TCM Syndrome was compared between the two groups(p < 0.01),the effective rate of TCM Syndrome was 93.3% in the observation group and 80.0% in the control group,the curative effect of TCM Syndrome was compared between the two groups(p < 0.05),the results showed that both of the two treatment regimens could obviously improve the patients’ tcm syndrome,but the observation group was superior to the control group.2.Cardiac Function Curative Effect: The effective rate of heart function was 90.0% in the observation group and 70.0% in the control group.Both schemes could improve heart function,but there was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group(p > 0.05).3.The Efficacy of 6-minute Walk Test: The curative effect rate of 6-minute walking test was 93.3% in the observation group and 73.3% in the control group.Both schemes could improve 6-minute walking,but the observation group was better than the control group(p< 0.05).4.Physical and Chemical Indicators of Heart Failure: The levels of b-type natriuretic peptide,cardiac troponin I,creatine kinase and creatine kinase isoenzyme in both groups were significantly decreased(p < 0.01),but compared with the control group,the observation group can significantly reduce the level of heart failure indicators(b-type natriuretic peptide,troponin I p < 0.01,creatine kinase,creatine kinase isoenzyme p <0.05).5.In the whole clinical study,there was no obvious abnormality and adverse reaction in the safety index of the two groups,which showed that Wenyang Lishui prescription was safe in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic heart failure.[Conclusion] Wenyang Lishui prescription can significantly improve the elderly patients with chronic heart failure Yang Deficiency and Water Flooding Syndrome,and the clinical application of Wenyang Lishui prescription has no obvious adverse reactions,with safety.
