Modern Literature Research On Acupuncture Treatment Of TCM Mental Illness (dementia, Depression

Objective: To analyze the law of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of dementia and depression syndrome in modern clinical research by using data mining technology,and to provide literature basis for clinical and experimental research of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of dementia and depression syndrome.Methods: Refer to the medical subject words(Me SH)related to dementia,depression and acupuncture and combine them.The literatures on acupuncture treatment of dementia and depression syndrome from CNKI,VIP Information Resource System,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,Wanfang Database and Pub Med were retrieved by computer and analyzed statistically after the construction of the database until December 31,2020.Results:1.Through the analysis of the selected data,it is found that Baihui(DU20),Sishencong(Ex-HN01),Zusanli(ST37),shenting(GV25)and Taixi(KI3)appear more than 300 times in all acupuncture prescriptions for the treatment of dementia,and the total frequency of Shenmen(HT07)and Neiguan(PC06)is 481 times,which is the most commonly used acupoint for the treatment of dementia;Du meridian,stomach meridian,heart meridian and pericardial meridian are the most commonly used meridians for the treatment of dementia.The distribution of acupoints showed that acupuncture and moxibustion mainly focused on the head and neck acupoints in the treatment of dementia,among which Baihui(DU20),Sishencong(Ex-HN01)and Shenting(GV25)were most frequently applied.In the analysis of association rules,the closest relationship is Baihui(DU20)-Sishencong(Ex-HN01),followed by Baihui(DU20)-Zusanli(ST37),Baihui(DU20)-Shenting(GV25);The one with the highest support is Baihui(DU20)-Sishencong(Ex-HN01).Cluster analysis In cluster analysis,when the distance is set to 20,6clustering groups can be obtained.2.Through the analysis of the selected data,it is found that among all the prescriptions of acupuncture for the treatment of depression,the application frequency of Baihui(DU20),Taichong(LR03),Neiguan(PC06),Shenmen(HT07),Yintang(GV29)and Sanyinjiao(SP06)is more than 300 times,which is the most commonly used treatment for depression.Du meridian,pericardial meridian,heart meridian and liver meridian are the most commonly used meridians for the treatment of depression syndrome.According to the statistics of the distribution of acupoints,acupuncture and moxibustion are mainly used for the treatment of depression syndrome on the head and neck points,among which Baihui(DU20),Yintang(GV29),Sishencong(Ex-HN01)and Shenting(GV25)are the most frequently used.In association rule analysis,the most closely related are Baihui(DU20)-Taichong(LR03);Baihui(DU20)-Neiguan(PC06),Baihui(DU20)-Yintang(GV29);Baihui(DU20)-Taichong(LR03)with the highest degree of support.In the cluster analysis,when the distance is set to 20,4 clusters can be obtained.Conclusion:1.When acupuncture and moxibustion is used to treat dementia,the main meridians are Du meridian,stomach meridian,heart meridian and pericardial meridian.Baihui(DU20),Sishencong(Ex-HN01),shenting(GV25)and other acupoints on the head,Shenmen(HT07),Neiguan(PC06)on the upper limbs,Taixi(KI03)on the lower limbs are mostly used to regulate brain and mind,and focus on tonifying the kidney and marrow.2.When acupuncture and moxibustion is used to treat depression syndrome,the main meridians are Du meridian,pericardial meridian,heart meridian and liver meridian.Baihui(DU20),Sishencong(Ex-HN01),shenting(GV25)and other head acupoints,upper limb Shenmen(HT07),Neiguan(PC06)and lower limb Taichong(LR03)and other acupoints are mostly selected to regulate brain and mind,and focus on soothing liver and regulating qi.3.The most commonly used acupoints for the treatment of dementia and depression by acupuncture were Baihui(GV20),Sishencong(EX-HN1)and Shenting(GV25),and Governor pulse was the most widely used,followed by the heart meridian,pericardium meridian,Shenmen(HT7)and Neiguan(PC06)for regulating heart and tranquilizing mind,with the emphasis on "regulating heart and refreshing mind",and the treatment method of "restoring consciousness and tranquilizing mind",i.e.,regulating heart and brain together.
