Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Yinhuo Decoction In Treating Acne Vulgaris With Upper Heat And Lower Cold Syndrom

Objective: Through clinical experimental study,we obser ved the curative effect,adverse reactions and recurrence rate of modified Yinhuo Decoction in treating acne vulgaris with upper heat and lower cold syndrome,evaluated the curative effect and safety of modified Yinhuo Decoction in treating acne vulgaris with upper heat and lower cold syndrome,and added new ideas and prescriptions for treating acne vulgaris with upper heat and lower cold syndrome.Methods: 60 cases of acne vulgaris with upper heat and lower cold syndrome in dermatology clinic of Wuyi Chinese Medicine Hospital in Jiangmen City were collected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group by random number table.Each group was treated with drugs for 4 weeks.The differences of scores,adverse reactions and recurrence rate between the two groups were compared and analyzed,and then the curative effects of the two groups were evaluated.Results:(1)After treatment,the skin lesion score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(2)After treatment,the syndrome score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(3)The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,and that of the control group was 66.7%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)No adverse reactions occurred in the treatment group;(5)The recurrence rate of the treatment group was 3.6%,and that of the control group was 20%.The recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Yinhuo Decoction can be used to treat acne vulgaris with upper heat and lower cold syndrome,and it has a better clinical effect than viaminate.(2)The modified Yinhuo Decoction has no obvious adverse reaction in treating acne vulgaris with upper heat and lower cold syndrome,and the treatment is safe and effective.(3)Modified Yinhuo Decoction has a low recurrence rate and a good long-term effect in treating acne vulgaris with upper heat and lower cold syndrome.
