Objective: This paper discusses the medication rules and compatibility characteristics of Professor You Yunge’s use of traditional Chinese medicines for the treatment of metabolicrelated fatty liver disease,and provides a basis and direction for the clinical dialectical treatment of metabolic-related fatty liver disease.Methods: Collected and collated the data of 55 patients with metabolic-related fatty liver disease treated by Professor You Yunge during the outpatient period from May 2020 to March 2022,included a total of 81 prescriptions that met the requirements for initial diagnosis and follow-up diagnosis,and applied the TCM Inheritance Assistance Platform(V2.5)to analyze their core medications and formula rules.Results: The drugs that Professor You Yunge used more frequently in the treatment of metabolic-related fatty liver disease are Tangerine Peel,Magnolia,Chai Hu,Tuckahoe,Fa Ban Xia,Hawthorn,Sand Kernel,Lotus Leaf,Cang Zhu,Dan Shen,Perilla Seed,Ze Diarrhea,Wood Fragrance,Summer Dry Grass,Citrus Aurantium,and White Peony.The frequency of use of drugs according to the four qi belongs to warm and cold medicines,of which the most is warm medicine,followed by cold medicine,the rest are flat medicine,cool medicine,very little use of hot medicine;according to the five tastes of the most used is spicy medicine,followed by bitter medicine,followed by sweet medicine,sour medicine,salty medicine,astringent medicine,the five tastes of the spicy,bitter medicine,the five tastes of the main spicy,bitter medicine;according to the guijing,the most attribution is the spleen meridian,followed by the stomach meridian,the rest of the order is the liver meridian,lung meridian,large intestine meridian,kidney meridian,bile meridian,heart meridian,Bladder meridian,pericardial meridian,sanjiao meridian,small intestine meridian.Commonly used medicinal pairs: "Tangerine Peel-Magnolia","Tangerine Peel-Hawthorn","Chai Hu-Poria","Magnolia-Hawthorn","Tangerine Peel-Magnolia-Hawthorn".And get 10 potential new prescriptions.Conclusion: Professor You Yunge’s use of traditional Chinese medicine to treat metabolism-related fatty liver disease is mainly based on rational qi and spleen,dry and humidified phlegm,digestion and turbidity,as well as liver relief,blood activation and stasis.The characteristics of compatibility are mainly based on dry and wet air,digestion and turbidity.Professor You Yunge believes that metabolic-related fatty liver disease is characterized by "depression,deficiency and wetness",and the liver qi is depressed,the liver,spleen and kidney deficiency,sputum,wetness,and stasis are intertwined.
