Research Of Regularity Of Prescription And Medication Of Treating Angina From Liver Based On Data Mining

The morbidity and mortality of Coronary heart disease (CHD) are increasing year by year. Depression or anxiety and other psychological problems can produce a lot of adverse effects to the prognosis of CHD patients. Recent study shows that anxiety or depression is an independent risk factor for the adverse prognosis of CHD.Therefore, identifying and intervening the angina patients with emotional issue early are very significant for improving the prognosis.Western medicine use cardiovascular drugs and anti-anxiety antidepressant together.Because of drug interactions and poor patient compliance, it is often difficult to obtain the desired effect.Traditional Chinese Medicine believes that the liver and heart are closely interrelated at the aspects of physiology and pathology. Study shows that treating angina from liver have good efficacy.This study uses the data mining method to explore its drug laws and clinical experience from the prescriptions which are searched from the database treating angina from liver and Professor Zhang Jingchun used for treating angina, in order to provide ideas for the clinical treatment of angina.This study is divided into two parts:literature review and data mining research.l.Literature Reviews:including the following two parts.Review 1:Summarized the commonly used methods for treating liver, such as smoothing the liver, nourishing the liver,calming the liver, warming the liver, searching the liver. Reviewed the application of single herb and compound which treating CHD from liver in clinical and experimental research. This review aimed to provide reference for treating CHD from liver.Review 2:Treating anginafrom liver:a systematic reviewObjective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of treatingangina from liver.Methods:We searched CNK1,VIP,CBM, Wanfang data, PubMed, Embase, Cochrane and other databases,selected the researches which met the inclusion criteria. Assessed the quality of all the researches included. Used Revman 5.3.5 for Meta-analysis.Results:Among a total of 14 randomized controlled trials,1074 participants were included. The results of Meta-analysis showed that,therapy group has good efficiency than the control group at the aspects of angina effective rate, ECG effective rate and TCM syndrome effective rate. No serious adverse reactions are reported in the studies. So the safety is acceptable.Conclusion:Meta-analysis showed that, the western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine from the liver treatment was superior to western medicine alone, at the aspects of the angina efficiency,ECG improvement and syndrome improvement. The safety is acceptable. In the future, we need higher quality randomized controlled trials, in order to provide a higher level of clinical evidence.2.Data mining:Research 1:Research of regularity of prescription and medication of treating angina from liver based on data mining.Objective:Based on TCM inheritance auxiliary platform (V2.0.1) software to analyze the prescription law of treating anginafrom the liver. Methods:We searched the researches which treating anginafrom liver in CNKI, VIP, CBM, Wanfang Data from building to November 2015. Established the prescription database by TCM inheritance auxiliary platform to exploit its drug laws.Results:1.Sorted out 83 pieces of prescription,120 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine.2.Chai Hu is most frequently used.In addition, Bai Shao,Chuan Xiong, Xiang Fu,Dan Shen and so on are also commonly used.3.There are 29 commonly used drugs in combination.For example,Bai Shao and Chai Hu,Chuan Xiong and ChaiHu.4.Based ondata mining method, we obtain22core compositions and 11 new prescriptions.Conclusion:The results show thatChai Hu Shu Gan San is commonly used in clinical treatment to treat from the liver for angina patients. On the basis of liver treatment, treatment from kidney, blood circulation, bu qi method are also commonly used.Research 2:Research of regularity of prescription and medication of Professor Zhang Jingchun treating angina patients based on data mining.Objective:Based on TCM inheritance auxiliary systems (V2.0.1), analyze the drug law Professor Zhang Jingchun treating angina patients.Methods:Collecting parts of the effective prescription which Professor Zhang Jingchun treats angina. Input them to TCM inheritance auxiliary platform, using data mining method to exploit its drug laws.Results:1.Sorted out 154 pieces of prescription,185 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine.2.HuangQi is most frequently used.In addition,Fu Ling,Bai Shao,Chuan Xiong,Chai Hu and so on are also commonly used.3.There are 34 commonly used drugs in combination.For example,Bai Shao and Chai Hu,Zhi Qiao and Chai Hu.4.Based ondata mining method, we obtain24 core compositions and 12 new prescriptions.Conclusions:The results showed that treating from liver for angina is the treatment which Professor Zhang Jingchun most commonly used. The prescription is often based on Si Ni San.
