Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Threatened Abortion Combined With Intrauterine Effusion And Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome With Bushen Huayu Prescriptio

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Bushen Huayu Recipe in the treatment of threatened abortion combined with uterine effusion with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,in order to provide effective TCM treatment ideas for clinical treatment of this disease.Methods: 60 patients with threatened abortion combined with uterine effusion with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group,excluding the dropout case(1 case in the treatment group),the total number of completed cases was 59 cases,of which 29 cases in the treatment group were given kidney-tonifying and blood-stasis-removing treatment.30 cases in the control group were treated with dydrogesterone tablets.Pregnancy hormone(HCG,P,E2)levels and ultrasound were checked every 1 week to monitor embryonic development.Before and after treatment,the changes in the area of uterine effusion,vaginal bleeding time,D-D value and TCM syndrome scores and medication safety were observed in the two groups,and the clinical efficacy and safety of Bushen Huayu Recipe were evaluated.Results: 1.There were no significant differences in age,number of miscarriages,gestational age,TCM syndrome scores,uterine effusion area,vaginal bleeding time,and D-D value levels between the treatment group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05).Compare.2.Comparison of comprehensive clinical curative effect: the total effective rate of clinical comprehensive curative effect in the treatment group was 93.10%,while that in the control group was 73.33%.The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores: After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared between groups,the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Comparison of the area of uterine effusion under B-ultrasound: intra-group comparison,the area of uterine effusion in the two groups was reduced after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The reduction value of the fluid area was more than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Comparison of the duration of vaginal bleeding: after treatment,the duration of vaginal bleeding in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Comparison of serum D-D levels: within the group comparison,there was no significant difference in the D-D value between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05);between the groups,there was no significant difference in the D-D value between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).7.Comparison of drug safety: There were no adverse reactions in the treatment group and the control group during drug treatment.Conclusion: Bushen Huayu Recipe is safe and effective in the treatment of threatened abortion complicated with uterine effusion with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.It can improve vaginal bleeding,relieve TCM syndromes,promote the absorption of uterine effusion,and help improve pregnancy outcomes.
