Talent is the core competitiveness of hospitals,while a high-quality and stable talent team provides human and technical support for the high-quality development of hospitals.However,at present,most domestic hospitals have a single form of incentive mechanism and lack of target,which is not conducive to stimulating employees’ work enthusiasm and initiative,and even affects the stability of talent team.In this paper,the basic guarantee,organizational relationship,personal growth and interpersonal relationship in the existing incentive mechanism of Zunyi Y Hospital are studied by questionnaire method and semi-structured interview.At present,the hospital mainly suffers from imperfect remuneration system,inadequate performance appraisal,lack of spiritual incentive,insufficient training and promotion opportunities.Taking actual situation of the hospital into account,this study proposes an all-round optimization plan in five aspects: constructing a reasonable salary system,establishing a scientific performance appraisal system,strengthening the construction of spiritual incentive mechanism,establishing a career training system,and creating an evaluation feedback system,while formulating corresponding guarantee measures to further make up for the shortcomings and defects of current incentive mechanism,allocate the limited resources more rationally,protect the rights and interests of employees,and promote the high-quality development of the hospital.
