| Purpose:To explore the clinical efficacy of Xiaoban Yushen Decoction for purpuric nephritis of damp-heat stasis type.Material and method:Through retrospective analysis,outpatients and inpatients in the Department of Nephrology of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were screened out for patients who met the standard of admission and discharge,and were marked as the treatment group and the control group according to different treatment methods.Twenty-five cases in the control group were given valsartan capsules orally,while 31 cases in the treatment group were given Xiaobanyushen Decoction on the basis of the control group.The course of the disease was observed for 12 weeks.The laboratory dynamic indexes,TCM symptom scores and the total effective rate of clinical treatment were mainly observed in the two groups before and after treatment.All research data were analyzed and processed by statistical software SPSS 26.0.Results:1.After treatment,the TCM symptom scores of the two groups improved to a certain extent,and the total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.55%;that in the control group was76%,and the total effective rate in the treatment group after treatment was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05)..2.Comparing the overall curative effect of western medicine,the total effective rate after treatment in the treatment group was 87.1%;that in the control group was 72%;the total effective rate in the treatment group after treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the urine protein and urine red blood cell counts in the two groups were significantly decreased,and the decrease in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).4.In terms of coagulation indexes: after treatment,PT and APTT in the treatment group were increased,and FIB was decreased(P<0.01);there was no significant difference in PT,APTT and FIB indexes before and after treatment in the control group(P>0.05),indicating that the control group after treatment There was no significant improvement in coagulation function in the group.After treatment,there were statistically significant differences in PT,APTT and FIB between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.01),indicating that the treatment group was better in improving coagulation function.Conclusion:1.This study shows that Xiaoban Yushen Decoction can reduce the TCM symptom scores of patients with purpuric nephritis of damp-heat stasis type,and improve clinical symptoms such as poor appetite,sticky stool,and yellow urine.2.Xiaoban Yushen Decoction can reduce urine protein and urine red blood cell count in patients with purpuric nephritis of damp-heat stasis type,improve inflammatory damage,protect renal function,and delay the progression of renal disease.3.Xiaoban Yushen Decoction can improve blood coagulation function,prolong PT and APTT,reduce FIB and relieve hypercoagulable state.4.Xiaoban Yushen Decoction improves the clinical efficacy of purpuric nephritis of damp-heat stasis type purpura nephritis through the treatment principles of removing dampness and clearing heat,promoting blood circulation,removing blood stasis and detoxification,and increasing the therapeutic efficiency. |
