Purpose:By analyzing the point selection law of acupuncture in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke, acupuncture Fengchi point,Lianquan point,Yifeng point,Jinjin point and Yuye point were selected to treat dysphagia after stroke. To evaluate the clinical effect of acupoints in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke by evaluating the scores of Watian drinking water test(WST),standard swallowing function evaluation scale(SSA)and SSA,so as to not only apply fewer acupoints and reduce patients’ pain, but also achieve better clinical effect,So that this treatment method can be popularized and applied in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke.Material and method:70 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Both groups were treated with appropriate basic treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, syndrome differentiation of stroke and comprehensive training of hemiplegic limbs. On this basis, the acupuncture points of the experimental group were taken and operated: Fengchi point was stabbed 45 ~ 65 mm towards the tip of the nose,Lianquan point was stabbed1~1.5 inches towards the root of the tongue,The operation of Yifeng acupoint is to pierce 0.5 ~ 0.8inch vertically. The triangular needle of Yuye point and Jinjin point was pricked and bloodletting, combined with swallowing rehabilitation training, and the control group was treated with swallowing rehabilitation,Before and after treatment, the scores of Watian drinking water test(WST),standard swallowing function evaluation scale(SSA)and SSA were evaluated respectively. Finally,SPSS 26 0 analyze the data.Results:1.After treatment, the water drinking test(WST)and standard swallowing function assessment(SSA)of both the experimental group and the control group tended to decrease compared with those before treatment.2.The total effective rate of the experimental group was 88.57%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 51.43%(P<0.05),with a statistical difference.3.In the scores of SSA after treatment, the decrease rate of the experimental group was better than that of the control group. The top five decrease rates were the level of consciousness, water flow from the corner of the mouth, spontaneous cough, throat function after swallowing, and breathing pattern.Conclusion:1..After treatment, the Watian drinking water test(WST)and standard swallowing function evaluation scale(SSA)in the experimental group and the control group decreased compared with those before treatment.2.The total effective rate was 88.57% in the experimental group and 51.43% in the control group(P < 0.05).3.Among the scores of SSA after treatment, the decline degree of the experimental group is better than that of the control group. The top five decline rates are consciousness level, angular water outflow, spontaneous cough, laryngeal function and respiratory mode after swallowing.
