Clinical Observation Of Tongxinluo Capsule Combined With External Counterpulsation In The Treatment Of Unstable Angina Pectoris And Its Effect On Serum MDA And SOD Level

Objective: To observe the clinical observation of tongxinluo combined with external counterpulsation in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(qi deficiency and blood stasis type)and the effect of MDA and SOD on serum.Provide new ideas for clinical treatment.Material and method:80 clinical patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine and Tongxinluo capsule,and the treatment group was treated with external counterpulsation on the basis of the control group.After 35 days,the symptoms of angina pectoris,TCM symptoms and the changes of serum MDA and SOD were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Application spss25.0 analyze the data.Results:1.Comparison of angina pectoris symptom score and efficacy in 2 groups compared with before treatment,angina pectoris score in 2 groups after treatment was significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01);After treatment,the score of angina pectoris in treatment group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate in the treatment group was 97.4%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(90%)(P<0.01).2.Comparison of TCM symptom scores and efficacy in 2 groups compared with before treatment,TCM symptom scores in 2 groups after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01);After treatment,the TCM syndrome score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was 97.4%,significantly higher than that in the control group(92.5%,P<0.01).3.Comparison of serum MDA content in 2 groups compared with before treatment,serum MDA content in 2 groups after treatment was significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01).After treatment,the serum MDA content in treatment group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).4.Comparison of SOD content in serum of 2 groups compared with before treatment,SOD content in serum of 2 groups after treatment was significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.01).After treatment,the serum SOD content in treatment group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).5.Safety indicators There were no serious adverse reactions and complications in the whole process,and safety indicators were normal in both groups.Conclusion:1.Tongxinluo combined with external counterpulsation can improve angina pectoris symptoms and TCM symptoms in patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.The mechanism may be related to the decrease of MDA content in serum and the increase of SOD activity,thus reducing oxidative stress and playing an anti-atherosclerosis role.2.Tongxinluo combined with external counterpulsation in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris(qi-deficiency and blood-deficiency type)has obvious efficacy and high safety.
