| Purpose:To analyze and summarize the rules of medication by collecting the prescriptions of Professor Ma Jin in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.To explore Professor Ma Jin’s medication idea of using traditional Chinese medicine to treat chronic glomerulonephritis,and to provide reference for clinical treatment.Material and method: The data of patients diagnosed with chronic glomerulonephritis who were admitted to the Renal Clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2018 to December 2021 and received by Professor Ma Jin were collected.According to the purpose of the study,the inclusion and exclusion criteria were formulated and cases were screened accordingly.The filtered and summarized data were entered into a Microsoft Excel table,and the database contained basic patient information,prescription drugs,and TCM diagnosis and classification.According to the database information,the matrix is entered into IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 for association rule analysis,and the combination rule of the commonly used drugs by the tutor is explored.Results:1.Among the 103 cases included in the study,the proportion of females was higher than that of males,and the most were between 51 and 60 years old.The TCM classifications were mostly spleen-kidney-qi deficiency type.2.In this study,160 prescriptions were collected,203 kinds of drugs were used,a total of2900 times,and a total of 13 high-frequency drugs with a frequency of ≥50 times.The order is: Astragalus,Poria,Golden Cherry,Salvia,Chuanshanlong,Cornus,Atractylodes,Dodder,Imperata,Scutellaria,hollyhock,Paeonia suffruticosa,Puhuang.3.17 types of medicines were analyzed and counted for all medicines.The 8 most frequently used medicines are: tonic medicines,heat-clearing medicines,astringent medicines,diuresis and dampness medicines,blood-activating and stasis-removing medicines,hemostatic medicines,and Liver quenching wind medicine,expelling wind dampness medicine.4.The analysis of the properties and flavors of the drugs and the return to the meridian shows that: in this study,cold,flat,and warm drugs are more common;sweet,bitter,and pungent drugs are more common;the commonly used meridians are liver,kidney,lung,Medicines for the spleen,stomach and heart meridians.5.Four common combinations were obtained by association rule analysis: combination of Chinese yam,Cortex Moutan and Cornus;combination of Atractylodes Rhizoma,Dodder,and Astragalus;combination of Dodder,Cornus,Astragalus;Reed Root,Poria,and Salvia.6.Hierarchical clustering analysis yielded 3 groups of potential prescriptions:Combination 1: Reed Root,Hawthorn,Scutellaria,Plantago,Motherwort,Imperata Root,Salvia;Combination 2: Cortex Moutan,Chinese Yam,Cornus,Rehmannia glutinosa;Combination 3: Atractylodes,Taizishen,Gorgon,Xiaoji;Conclusion:1.etiology and pathogenesis:Professor Ma Jin believes that chronic glomerulonephritis is mainly located in the spleen and kidney,with rheumatism disturbing the kidney as an important cause.To treat this disease,we should distinguish between the virtual and the real.This deficiency is mainly due to deficiency of the spleen and kidney.The real symptoms are rheumatism,blood stasis,water-dampness,and damp-heat.2.Therapeutics and prescriptions : Professor Ma Jin treats patients with chronic glomerulonephritis with the methods of invigorating the kidney and spleen,clearing away heat and removing dampness,dispelling wind and removing blood stasis.(1)According to the pathogenesis of spleen and kidney deficiency,choose yam,atractylodes,astragalus and other products to nourish the spleen and kidney,so that the qi and blood can fill the viscera and coordinate.Among them,astragalus is the most commonly used medicine by Professor Ma Jin.(2)Use corresponding drugs to treat many diseases such as wind,dampness,blood stasis,heat,etc.For the syndrome of rheumatism,Chuanshanlong enters the liver and kidney meridians to dispel wind and remove dampness;for those with blood stasis,motherwort and Salvia are often used as medicines to promote blood circulation,remove blood stasis and diuresis.To reduce swelling;for water-dampness syndrome,Poria is commonly used to clear the waterways;if there is dampness and heat,use Scutellaria baicalensis,psyllium,and hollyhocks to clear heat and dry dampness,diuresis and dredge stranguria. |
