Based On Data Mining Technology To Explore The Rule Of Li Ying’s Treatment Of Chronic Glomerulonephritis

Objective: Based on data mining,I analyzed professor Li Ying’s treatment methods and medication rules of chronic glomerulonephritis(Chronic glomerulonephritis,CGN),and summarized her treatment prescription.Methods: Through the outpatient clinic,2021.12-2022.12 Li Ying in the outpatient clinic of the First Clinical Hospital of Jilin Province were recorded.Excel and SPSS Modeler18.0 were used for data mining research,and the treatment experience of Li Ying’s treatment of CGN was recorded.Results: 1.A total of 203 cases were collected with 645 visits and 623 prescriptions.The male to female ratio of the patients included in the study was 1.049:1,with most patients aged 51-60 years.All the prescriptions contained a total of 177 Traditional Chinese medicines.2.The syndrome is mainly spleen and kidney gas deficiency syndrome(21.0%)and damp and heat syndrome(20.1%).3.There were 24 drugs applied for more than 100 times.4.Four gas is mainly used in temperature(34.0%),cold(30.4%)and flat(27.0%).The five flavors were sweet(42.8%)and bitter(25.6%).And the channel tropism is mostly liver(20.5%),kidney(18.9%),spleen(13.4%).5.Association rule: when minimum support is 15%,minimum confidence is 80%,and 42 drug combinations are obtained;"Number of support is 100,confidence is 0.9" gives the core drug combination "baizhu-shanyao-daji-xiaoji-duzhongtan-zonglvtanzexie-duzhong-fuling-huangqi-mudanpi".6.Cluster analysis: The core combination are:baizhu,shanyao,daji,xiaoji,duzhongtan,zonglvtan,shengdihuang,baimaogen,zexie,duzhong,fuling,huangqi,mudanpi.Conclusion: 1.Li Ying believes that the pathogenesis of chronic nephritis is spleen and kidney deficiency,with wind and dampness outside,and blood stasis inside.Treatment should be "tonifying the spleen and kidney,supplemented by healthy lung qi and clearing away heat and clearing dampness,removing blood stasis,diuresis and detumescence".2.The core group is: baizhu,shanyao,daji,xiaoji,duzhongtan,zonglvtan,shengdihuang,baimaogen,zexie,duzhong,fuling,huangqi,mudanpi.3.The commonly used drug combinations are: xiaoji-daji-shengdihuang-jineij,baimaogen-tuful,duzhongtan-zonglvtan,baizhu-shanyao-cheqianzi,zexie-mudanpi-ful,huangqi-dangshen,shanzhuyu-wuweizi,gouqi-tusizi,duzhong-xuduan,shudihuang-niuxi.,etc.
