Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Fuzheng Kangai Decoction Combined With Chemotherapy On The Treatment Of Ovarian Malignant Tumor (spleen Deficiency And Phlegm Dampness Syndrome) After Surger

Purpose:To observe the effect of Fuzheng Kangai Decoction combined with paclitaxel +carboplatin(TC)chemotherapy on TCM syndromes,quality of life,serum CA125 and human epididymal protein 4(HE4)in patients with ovarian malignant tumor after surgery,and to observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on chemotherapy.Toxic effects and preliminary evaluation of its safety.Material and method:A total of 60 cases were included in this study.They were randomly divided into a treatment group(oral Fuzheng Kangai Decoction combined with TC regimen chemotherapy)and a control group(simple TC regimen chemotherapy).Efficacy evaluation was carried out after treatment.Changes in TCM syndromes,quality of life,serum tumor markers CA125 and HE4 levels,and chemotherapy toxicity and side effects were observed before and after treatment in the two groups of subjects.Results:1.TCM symptom score: After treatment,the effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 90% and 36.7%,respectively.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,which was statistically significant(P=0.01,less than 0.05).2.Quality of life score: The quality of life scores of the treatment group and the control group were both increased,and the improvement of the scores of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.01 less than0.05).3.CA125 and HE4 levels: The values of tumor markers CA125 and HE4 in both groups decreased after treatment,and the overall decrease in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.01,less than 0.05).4.Toxicity and side effects: After treatment,the blood routine indexes of the two groups were compared,and the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.01 less than 0.05)Conclusion:Fuzheng Kangai Decoction can improve the TCM symptoms of patients with ovarian cancer after surgery,improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the levels of tumor markers CA125 and HE4 in peripheral blood,and effectively prevent the occurrence of myelosuppression after chemotherapy.
