Objective:Observing the impact of professor LI Si-wen’s "FuZheng Anticancer" on the patients with aAdvanced Middle-late Gastric Cancer(Deficiency Cold of Spleen and Stomach).That is, through the observation of the value of tumor indicating、T lymphocyte subsets、TCM symptoms, physical condition, quality of life.We hereby objectively assessed that the curative effect of treating Advanced Middle-late Gastric Cancer(Deficiency Cold of Spleen and Stomach) through using the theory of "FuZheng Anticancer", discussing the scientificity and the safety of "FuZheng Anticancer".Methods:60cases of middle-late gastric cancer were randomly divided into two groups with the randomized-controlled method,30patients in each group.Both group use Domperidone and Kang’ai Zhusheye.Cases in the treatment group took "fuzheng Anticancer decoction". and2weeks as a course of continuous observation for2cycles.Score of the value of tumor indicating、T lymphocyte subsets、TCM symptoms、physical condition、 quality of life were assessed before and after the treatment.The results were analyzed by the statistical software.Results:1、The comparison of the changes of CE A and CA199value:CEA、CA199、CA724and Ferritin Values of the two groups have both decreased after treatment. But it didn’t show significant(p>0.05).After treatment didn’t show significant difference between the two groups(p>0.05), which showed that "FuZheng Anticancer" without much curative effect in decrease the values of CEA、CA199、CA724and Ferritin.2、The comparison of the changes of T lymphocyte subsets value:CD3+、CD4+、 CD4+/CD8+Vahes of the two groups have both rised after treatment. And it showed statistically significant difference(p<0.01).CD8+Vahes of the treatment group have descended after treatment. And it showed statistically significant difference(p<0.01). After treatment showed significant difference between the two groups(p<0.01), which meaned that "FuZheng Anticancer" can improve the function of immune obviously.3、Comparison in TCM syndrome:TCM Syndrome of the two groups after treatment integral have declined. There is statistically significant between the two groups after treatment(P<0.01).Which meaned that "FuZheng Anticancer" Can improve the TCM syndrome on the patients with Advanced Middle-late Gastric Cancer(Deficiency Cold of Spleen and Stomach).4、Comparison in physical condition:Kamorfsy score of the two groups were both increased after treatment. It showed statistically significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05). Which meaned that "FuZheng Anticancer" Can mended physical condition,and the curative effect was better than control group.5、Comparison in Quality of life:compare the improvement of EORTCQLQ-C30grades between the two groups, the score of the two groups were both increased after treatment. It showed statistically significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<O.05). Which meaned that "FuZheng Anticancer" Can mended Quality of life,and the curative effect was better than control group.6. Comparison of adverse reactions:All of the patients didn’t have obvious adverse reactions.And it changed unconspicuous in safety index after treatment.It meaned that "FuZheng Anticancer"is saftey in treatment of middle-late gastric cancer.Conclusion:1、The curative effect of professor LI Si-wen’s "FuZheng Anticancer" in the Treatment of Advanced Middle-late Gastric Cancer(Deficiency Cold of Spleen and Stomach) is remarkable.It can improve the function of immune obviously、improve the TCM syndrome and physical condition、mended Quality of life. Although there is no significant difference between the two groups at the decrease of CEA and CA199values,it has no obvious adverse reactions.2、It meaned that traditional chinese medicine is important in the comprehensive treatment of middle-late cancer.It can improve the clinical symptoms、the quality of life,and improve efficacy.So the patients which in middle-late cancer can achieved the maximum benefits.
