A Retrospective Analysis Of The Clinical Efficacy Of Yong'an Zengye Decoction In The Treatment Of Primary Sjögren's Syndrome With Severe Heat And Toxicit

Purpose:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Yong an Zengye decoction on primary Sj(?)gren’s syndrome by retrospective analysis,and to provide clinical data and theoretical basis for TCM treatment of the disease.Material and method:To collect the out-patient cases of Sj(?)gren’s syndrome syndrome from January to December 2020 in the Rheumatology Rehabilitation Department of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Rheumatology Department of 2021.Finally,a total of 67 patients,35 patients treated with conventional western medicine as a control group,32 patients treated with conventional western medicine combined with Yong an Zengye decoction as a treatment group.Two groof patients were treated for 28 days.The clinical efficacy and safety of Yong an Zengye decoction in the treatment of Sj(?)gren’s Syndrome Syndrome were evaluated.Results:1.The total effective rate: the total effective rate of the control group was 57.14%,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 81.25%,the effect of the treatment group was better than the control group,there was a statistical difference(P < 0.05).2.TCM syndrome integral : After treatment,the TCM syndrome integral of the two groups decreased compared with the previous,and there was a significant difference(P< 0.01),and the treatment group than the control group significantly reduced the integral effect(P < 0.01).3.The TCM symptom scores:After treatment,the TCM symptom scores of the two groups significantly lower than that before treatment(P < 0.05)except for the swelling of salivary glands,the treatment group was superior to the control group in reducing the score of dry mouth,dry eyes,constipation and tongue(P < 0.05).4.ESSDAI : After treatment,there was no significant difference in disease activity score between the two groups(P > 0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05).4.Laboratory indexes: After treatment,CRP in both groups were significantly lower than before(P < 0.01),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05).There was no significant difference in Ig A and Ig M between the two groups(P> 0.05)and between the two groups(P > 0.05).ESR and Ig G in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group(P< 0.01),and the effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P< 0.05).5.Safety Index: After treatment,WBC,RBC,PLT,HGB,ALT,AST,UREA,CREA had no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion:Yong an Zengye decoction combined with conventional western medicine treatment can significantly improve the clinical symptoms such as dry mouth,dry eyes and constipation in patients with excessive heat and toxin of Sj(?)gren’s syndrome syndrome,and lower the levels of ESR and Ig G,and it’s safe.
