| Purpose:In this study,the clinical efficacy of plasma cell mastitis after abscess rupture was observed to clarify the clinical efficacy of the treatment of plasma cell mastitis combined with oil-adjusted ointment,and to provide more clinical basis for the treatment of plasma cell mastitis in traditional Chinese medicine.Material and method:1.Research subjects: According to the inclusion standards,40 cases of positive and false love patients with plasma cell mastitis after abscess rupture were collected from October 2020 to October 2021 in the breast surgery clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.2.Experimental method: The patients who meet the inclusion criteria are divided into experimental group and control group according to the principle of random control,each group has 20 cases,and internal treatment method: the drugs taken by the experimental group are self-simulated milk soup 100 ml orally twice a day(the drugs are uniformly provided by the Intelligent Granule Pharmacy of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine);the drugs taken by the control group are flat capsules,4 to 6 capsules each time,orally three times a day.(Manufacturer: Xi’an Chia Tai Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,drug quasi-brand number: National Medicine Quasi-word: Z61021330 Drug specifications: 0.23gx100 capsules /bottle per capsule).External treatment method: all use the hospital preparation "oil adjustment paste" external application: take water to disperse the appropriate amount,and make a paste with sesame oil.(In-hospital preparation,Liaoning Z05010335).15 days is one course of treatment,and the treatment time of both groups is set at 4 courses.Observation indicators: 1)sore area;2)pus rot on the sore surface;3)the size of the lump in the breast(cm);4)the degree of breast pain;5)the score of TCM-related symptoms.Result:1.Before treatment,the general conditions of the two groups of patients were compared,including age,smoking history,milk stasis history,and whether the nipple was sunken.The P values were all greater than 0.05.2.The results of the study by observing the clinical efficacy showed that there were 20 people in the experimental group,16 people were cured,2 people were markedly effective,1 person was effective,and 1 person was ineffective,and the effective rate was 95%.In the control group of 20 people,9 were cured,5 were markedly effective,2 were effective,and 4 were ineffective,with an effective rate of 80%.It can be seen from the data that the total effective rate of the experimental group is higher than that of the control group after the treatment.The rank sum test shows that z=-2.251,P=0.024(P<0.05,),the difference is statistically significant,that is,the two groups of treatment All were effective,but the treatment effect of the experimental group was much better than that of the control group.3.After treatment,the sore area,pus and fecal matter on the sore surface,breast lump size,breast pain degree,and TCM-related symptoms of the two groups of patients were improved compared with those before treatment,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.There were also differences in the therapeutic effects between the two groups,and the effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.4.During the whole treatment process,there were no adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion:1.The clinical efficacy of the experimental group taking self-pulmonal milk soup plus minus combined with oil adjustment cream for the treatment of plasma cell mastitis after abscess rupture is obviously better than that of the control group taking flat elimination capsules combined with oil adjustment cream external application;2.Since the syrup-like milk soup combined with oil-adjusted cream is applied externally to treat the positive and false love type of plasma cell mastitis after the abscess rupture;3.Self-simulated milk soup combined with oil-adjusted cream external application can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients,including pain degree,lump size,sore area size,sore surface pus rot,TCM related symptoms and signs points,worthy of clinical promotion and application. |
