Exploring The TCM Diagnosis And Treatment Of Diabetes Based On Case-based Real-world Research Method

This article is composed of two parts,one is the literature review of research progress on diabetes and its common complications,and the other is the discussion of TCM diagnosis and treatment plan for diabetes based on case real world research methods.1.Literature review:Objective:To summarize the research progress of diabetes and its c omplications and the application progress of case real world research in diabetes,in an effort to provide high-quality theoretical evidence for writing case reports.Methods:Summarize th e research progress of TCM on the etiology and pathogenesis,clinical diagnosis methods,trea tment of diabetes,and the research progress of some TCM on modern pharmacology;Summ arize the application of real world research in the field of traditional Chinese medicine and dia betes,Generally reviewed the TCM diagnosis and treatment remedy of diabetes based on case real world research method.Conclusion:Under the guidance of Chinese medicine theory,Ch inese medicine has accumulated practical experience in the treatment of prediabetes,type 1 di abetes,type 2 diabetes and common complications of diabetes,reflects individualized treatme nt;The case real world research method is suitable for inheriting the experience of famous Ch inese medicine,and can derive a unique Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment remedy for diabetes.2.Discussion on TCM diagnosis and treatment scheme of diabetes based on case real wo rld research method:Objective:By recording and describing the TCM diagnosis,treatment b ased on syndrome differentiation,treatment process and nursing care of diabetes and common complications,analyze the clinical efficacy,sort out and summarize Professor Ni qing’s TCM diagnosis and treatment experience and program characteristics of diabetes,provide real worl d data for the development of TCM in diagnosis and treatment of diabetes,and explore a pract ical and clinical TCM diagnosis and treatment program for diabetes and its complications.Me thods:From September 2020 to December 2022,the inpatients or outpatients of the Endocrin ology Department of Guang’anmen Hospital,China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences w ho were definitely diagnosed as prediabetes,type 1 diabetes,type 2 diabetes,diabetic retinopa thy,diabetic peripheral neuropathy,and diabetic nephropathy were collected.Based on the cli nical efficacy and results of TCM diagnosis and treatment,the cases that met the criteria of T CM medical record reporting were selected.Based on international case report writing standar ds and combined with traditional Chinese medicine case report standards,write case reports.Analyze the case report,summarize and discuss Professor Ni qing’s TCM diagnosis and treat ment characteristics and efficacy of diabetes,and summarize the TCM diagnosis and treatmen t plan of diabetes.Results:The case report of diabetes and its complications was completed i n accordance with the international case report writing standard and the Chinese medicine cas e report standard.Conclusion:Professor Ni qing has a unique diagnosis and treatment idea for diabetes and its complications.He has certain rules in diagnosis and treatment.Summarizes t he case report horizontally and draws a TCM diagnosis and treatment remedy of "three steps,five points and seven treatments" for diabetes.Case studies in the real world are suitable for i nheriting and disseminating the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine.
