Into the new era of socialist modernization construction,with the change of people’s production and life style,people gradually from physical labor to mental labor,with the change of people’s long standing and sedentary work has become the mainstream,as time goes by,the incidence of some social civilization diseases increased,such as three high disease and degenerative physiological structure changes of skeletal muscle.In the face of more and more civilized patients,relying solely on medical treatment has achieved satisfactory therapeutic effect,and sports has a unique role in enhancing physical fitness and health.In view of this,the Party and the state have formulated the Outline of "Healthy China 2030" from the perspective of policies,hoping to achieve the purpose of promoting the health of the whole people through the integration of physical medicine.In addition,with the increase of people’s income level,people put forward higher requirements for health.Tianjin Institute of Physical Education,as a professional physical education institution,is keenly aware of today’s society’s need for compound talents with the integration of physical education and medicine,which also puts forward higher requirements for college talent training.In order to cultivate compound talents who can meet the new needs of the society,Tianjin Institute of Sport has made timely adjustments in personnel training and creatively opened functional motor skills training courses.Up to now,functional motor skills training courses have been carried out in grade 2020 and grade 2021 respectively.Some experience has been gained in the process,but there are also some problems.Therefore,this study analyzes and investigates the current development of functional motor skills training courses in Tianjin Institute of Physical Education and some problems existing in the process.The following conclusions and recommendations are drawn:Conclusion:(1)Novel ideas of curriculum design.Functional motor skills training courses are set up from the perspective of the integration of sports and medicine.The purpose of functional motor skills training courses is to achieve the goal of combining sports with medicine in the way of curriculum teaching,improve students’ employment competitiveness,and enable students to provide health guidance to social groups.(2)There is a certain gap between the development of functional motor skills training courses for Grade 2020 and the training objectives of students.(3)Compared with the functional motor skills training courses of Grade 2020,the training courses of grade 2021 are more scientific in terms of course objectives,course content,course organization form,course hours arrangement,course evaluation,teacher team and physical and medical integration.(4)The content of the 2021 functional motor skills training course is single and limited,which is difficult to reflect the differences among different majors.(5)The course content in different majors does not reflect the difference between majors(6)The class arrangement and teaching sequence of functional motor skills training courses for Grade 2021 need to be further adjusted.(7)The course evaluation of Grade 2021 functional motor skills training course is not comprehensive.(8)The teacher team of Grade 2021 functional motor skills training course is not optimized.Suggestions:In view of the problems still existing in the course of functional motor skills training in Tianjin Institute of Sport,the author puts forward the following suggestions in order to provide reference for the development of functional motor skills training courses in Tianjin Institute of Sport.(1)enrich the curriculum content of functional motor skills training courses(2)rationally arrange the class hours of functional motor skills training courses(3)improve the evaluation system of functional motor skills training courses(4)Optimize the composition of teachers,conduct teacher professional training,and change teachers’ thoughts...
