Discussion On The Medication Rules Of Professor Zhu Mingfang Using Aromatic Chinese Medicine To Treat Skin Diseases Based On Data Minin

Objective:At present,the effect of aromatic traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of dermatologic diseases has not been systematically elaborated,and there is no modern physician to discuss the correlation between the normalization of their sex and flavor,the combination of compatibility and the main points of syndrome and treatment of dermatologic diseases.Based on the data mining of Professor Zhu Mingfang’s clinical dermatology prescriptions,this study used modern statistical methods to summarize the drug frequency,characteristics,high-frequency drug pairs,common compatibility and other drug laws of aromatic drugs,in order to provide references for clinical and scientific research.Methods:Outpatient cases were screened according to inclusion and exclusion criteria and data were extracted.A database was established for symptoms,syndrome types and aromatic traditional Chinese medicines in the included cases through Microsoft Excel 2016 software.The frequency of use of aromatic traditional Chinese medicines was counted,and the frequency of sexual taste and menstrual normalization of traditional Chinese medicines with a frequency of≥30 was counted.IBM SPSS modeler 18 and IBM SPSS statistics 27 software were used for association rule analysis and cluster analysis to obtain the closely related aromatic drugs and core drug combinations in the treatment of skin diseases,and the core prescriptions were explored.Therefore,the rule of aromatic Chinese medicine used by Professor Zhu Mingfang in the treatment of dermatosis was summarized systematically.Results:1.A total of 2199 flavors and 80 kinds of aromatic traditional Chinese medicine were counted in 427 prescriptions.The most frequently used Chinese medicines(frequency≥30)were mint,white Rhizoma atractylodes,angelica sinensis,forsythia,Tangerine peel,Angelica angelica,Schizonephala,peony bark,Peilan orchid,Sijiqing,Yu Jin,atractylodes atractylodes,Qiang Hua,Xiangfu,Xu Changqing,bupleurum,ligusticum Chuanxiong,honeysuckle,schisandra,albizia bark,areca nut,safflower,platyclus orientalis leaf,Manchus,artemisia annua,frankincense.2.The results of drug analysis showed that the proportion of warm drugs was more than half,51.85%,followed by warm,cold,flat and cool;The results of drug taste analysis showed that octinum was the dominant drug,accounting for 46.51%,followed by bitter,accounting for34.88%,and its distribution was octinum,bitter,sweet and sour in order,without light flavor drugs.The results of drug channel normalization showed that the high frequency of use was liver channel,lung channel,heart channel,spleen channel and stomach channel,accounting for23.61%,18.06%,12.5%,12.5% and 11.11% respectively.3.The results of association rule analysis showed that: the association rule analysis was carried out on 27 high-frequency aromatic traditional Chinese medicines with the use frequency ≥30,and the support degree ≥20% and confidence degree ≥ 45% were set.The following 6 drug pairs with strong correlation were obtained: Peppermint--Angelica Dahuricae(support 28.806%),Peppermint--Forsythia(support 28.806%),Atractylodes--Tangerine peel(support 28.103%),Forsythia--Angelica Dahuricae(support 26.698%),Schizonepeta--Parsnip(support 20.843%),Schizonepeta--forsythia(support 20.843%).4.Cluster analysis results show that: Cluster analysis was carried out with 27 high-frequency aromatic herbs of 30.Systematic clustering was selected by clustering method to generate cluster analysis pedigree diagram,which could be divided into 5drug groups.They were C1(mint,Angelica Dahuricae,forsythia,Sijiqing,Perilan,areca nut,Fructus officinalis and frankincense),C2(platycodendron platycodendron,Artemisia annua),C3(atractylodes atractylodes,Radix echinacea,Schizonephala,honeysuckle),C4(Atractylodes atractylodes,Radix chenicae),C5(Radix echinacea,Radix chenicae,Radix angelicae,Radix bupleurum,Radix safflower,Fructus schisandra,Radix acacia and Moutan).Conclusion:1.Professor Zhu Mingfang’s high-frequency aromatic drugs for the treatment of skin diseases are mainly drugs for relieving surface,promoting blood circulation,dispelling dampness,tonifying deficiency and clearing heat.2.Through the analysis of sex and taste regression,it was concluded that among the high-frequency aromatic drugs used by Professor Zhu Mingfang in the treatment of skin diseases,warm drugs accounted for more than half,with the highest utilization rate;The main medicinal flavor was Xin flavor.The main channels of drugs are liver,lung,heart,spleen and stomach.3.Through correlation analysis and cluster analysis,it is concluded that Professor Zhu Mingfang uses aromatic traditional Chinese medicine to treat skin diseases,mainly dispersing wind and heat,nourishing blood and calming wind,dispelling wind and dispersing cold,strengthening spleen and dampness,regulating blood and Qi.He is good at using aromatic traditional Chinese medicine to dissipate and move,and can channeling and acting.To dispel evil without hurting positive,solve the surface without hurting in.
