PurposeUse the ancient and modern medical records cloud platform to treat patients with thyroid-related ophthalmopathy among inpatients in the Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Thyroid Disease Treatment Center/Optics Valley Endocrinology Department.Provide help for thyroid related eye diseases.MethodCollected 198 cases of patients with thyroid-related ophthalmopathy who were hospitalized in the Thyroid Disease Diagnosis and Treatment Center/Optics Valley Endocrinology Department of Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2017 to December 2020,and were treated with complete Chinese medicine prescriptions.Record the patient’s general information,clinical manifestations,prescription medications,enter the data into the "Ancient and Modern Medical Record Cloud Platform" developed by the Chinese Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences,and conduct data mining and analysis,and analyze the patient’s gender,age,tongue coating and pulse,medication frequency,and clinical manifestation frequency Analyze the properties of drugs,the relationship between drugs and symptoms,etc.Result1.Gender and age statistics show that the ratio of males to females is about 1:2.6,among which the 30-50 age group is the most prevalent age group,accounting for 65.2% of the total.2.The statistical results of clinical symptoms are that the more frequent occurrences are exophthalmos,tearing,photophobia,swelling of the eyeballs,and palpitations.3.The statistical results of tongue coating show that the more frequent occurrences are thin yellow coating,yellow coating,thin white coating;pulse condition is pulse string,pulse thin,and pulse number.4.Statistics on the frequency of drug use show that the most commonly used drugs are Dense Mongolica,Prunella vulgaris,Poria,Chrysanthemum,Zhebei,Alisma,Poria,licorice,Danpi,Astragalus,etc.5.The four qi results show that they are cold,flat,slightly cold,warm,cool,and lukewarm;the five flavor statistics show that they are bitter,pungent,light,salty,sour,and slightly bitter;the meridian statistics of drugs are liver meridian,The lung meridian,spleen meridian,etc.;the efficacy statistics of the medicines are in order of clearing away heat and detoxifying,removing dampness,removing swelling,and improving eyesight.6.The results of the drug compatibility law results with the highest frequency of drug combinations are Dense mongolica and chrysanthemum,Dense mongolica and Prunella vulgaris,Dense mongolica and Cassia,Dense mongolica and Poria,Poria bark and Poria.7.Cluster analysis shows that high-frequency drugs are divided into 7 categories.A total of 15 association rules were obtained through correlation analysis between the symptoms and the traditional Chinese medicine used,involving 10 symptoms and 8traditional Chinese medicines.ConclusionThrough data mining,it is concluded that the treatment of thyroid-related eye diseases is mostly used to clear heat,relieve fire,reduce phlegm,remove dampness,diure water and soak dampness medicines such as dense flowers,prunella vulgaris,tuckahoe,chrysanthemum,zhebei.Entering the liver meridian,through the correlation cluster analysis between the drugs,7 types of high-frequency drugs can be obtained,which can provide help for the treatment of thyroid-related ophthalmopathy by Chinese medicine.
