Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Jiawei Xiaoyao Powder Combined With Bagua Navel Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Cardiac Neurosis Of Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency Typ

Objective: By observing the clinical effect of Jiawei Xiaoyao Powder combined with Bagua navel acupuncture on cardiac neurosis of liver depression and spleen deficiency,it is proved that this combined acupuncture and medicine treatment method is worth popularizing and applying in clinical treatment of cardiac neurosis.Methods: 60 patients with cardiac neurosis of liver depression and spleen deficiency were randomly selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Deanxit orally,while the treatment group was treated with Jiawei Xiaoyao Powder(Radix Bupleuri 15 g,Radix Angelicae Sinensis 15 g,Radix Paeoniae Alba 20 g,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae15 g,Poria 15 g,Pericarpium Citri Tangerinae 10 g,Radix Codonopsis 15 g,Radix Curcumae 10 g,Semen Ziziphi Spinosae 10 g,Herba Menthae 6g,and Radix Glycyrrhizae6g)combined with Bagua navel acupuncture.The treatment period was 21 days,with 7days as a course of treatment.After the treatment,the patients in both groups continued to take Deanxit maintenance treatment.Observe and compare the integral changes of TCM Symptom Scale,Somatization Symptom Checklist(SSS),Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale(GAD-7)and Depression Screening Scale(PHQ-9)between the two groups before and after treatment,and use SPSS25.0 software to analyze the data and get the results.Results: 1.No cases were dropped or terminated,and 60 cases were finally enrolled,with30 cases in each group.There was no significant difference between the two groups in gender,age,course of disease and the levels of TCM symptom score scale,somatization symptom checklist 90(SSS),generalized anxiety disorder scale(GAD-7)and depression screening scale(PHQ-9)before treatment,which was comparable.2.Evaluation of the curative effect of improving TCM syndromes between the treatment group and the control group: In comparison of the curative effect of improving TCM syndromes,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33%,while that of the control group was 63.33%.The rank sum test of the two groups showed that the curative effect distribution of TCM symptoms in the two groups before and after treatment was Z=-2.737,P = 0.006 < 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the treatment was effective in improving TCM syndromes of patients.3.Evaluation of the curative effect of improving anxiety and depression between the treatment group and the control group: In the comparison of GAD-7 reduction rate,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%,while that of the control group was66.67%.The distribution of curative effect between the two groups was Z=-3.212,P =0.001 < 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant;In the comparison of the reduction rate of PHQ-9,the total effective rate was 86.67% in the treatment group and66.67% in the control group.The distribution of curative effect between the two groups was Z=-3.373,P = 0.001 < 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.In the comparison of SSS reduction rate,the total effective rate of the treatment group was86.67%,and that of the control group was 66.67%.The distribution of curative effect between the two groups was Z=-3.252,P = 0.001 < 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.It shows that the treatment group is better than the control group in improving anxiety and depression.4.Safety and compliance evaluation: There were no obvious abnormalities in general indexes such as blood pressure,pulse,respiration,body temperature,heart rate,blood routine,urine routine,liver function(AST,ALT,GGT)and renal function(BUN,Cr)in the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment.During the clinical observation,there were no adverse reactions of medication and acupuncture in the treatment group,while 3 patients in the control group had adverse reactions of nausea,dizziness and headache,but all of them were within the tolerable range,and they did not stop taking the drug and successfully completed the whole course of study.Conclusion: Jiawei Xiaoyao Powder combined with Eight Diagrams Umbilical Acupuncture can significantly reduce the total scores of TCM Symptom Score Scale,SSS,GAD-7 and PHQ-9 in patients with cardiac neurosis of liver depression and spleen deficiency,which is better than the simple routine treatment of western medicine,and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,anxiety and depression of patients,with less adverse reactions,the longer the treatment time,the more obvious the clinical effect,and the method is simple,convenient to operate and the patient’s compliance is high,which is worth further promotion.
