Based On Literature Research And Professor Cao Jianxiong's Experience, This Paper Discusses The Clinical Application Of Shengjiangsan In The Treatment Of Malignant Tumors

Objective: Shengjiang Powder is a famous prescription of warm disease.Based on its core effica cy in regulating qi,modern doctors have extended its application to other diseases.Based on liter ature research and the clinical experience of Professor Cao Jianxiong,our supervisor,this thesis d iscusses the theoretical feasibility and clinical application of Shengjiang Powder in the treatment of malignant tumors,in order to provide some help for the clinical application of Shengjiang Pow der in the treatment of malignant tumors.Methods:1.Summary and theoretical research part: By using the ancient literature research method,this ar ticle could sort out and analyze the medical practitioners’ dissertations on "Shengjiang Powder"," Qi Ascending and Descending Theory ","accumulation","lump",and summarize the ancient m edical practitioners’ understanding,in order to discuss the theoretical feasibility.2.Clinical research part: By using modern literature research method and data analysis method,t he literatures and books collected from CNKI,Wanfang Database,China Science and Technolog y Journal Database,and Duxiu in the past 30 years(1992-2022)were retrieved with the keyword s or titles such as "Shengjiang Powder","malignant tumors" and "cancer".The main retrieval tar gets were clinical observation literatures,medical case or summary of experience literatures.Thi s article summarized and analyzed the application scope,syndrome type,symptom,tongue and p ulse,prescription application law and so on in malignant tumors,so as to explore the application of Shengjiang Powder in the treatment of malignant tumors by modern doctors.3.Summary of instructor’s experience part: Through clinical follow-up,the author summarized P rofessor Cao Jianxiong’s experience in the clinical treatment of malignant tumors with Shengjian g Powder,and recorded typical medical records to prove its clinical effectiveness.Results:1.Summary part: As a famous prescription of warm disease,Shengjiang Powder has a long histo ry of development,which can be traced back to Gong Tingxian’s《Wan Bing Hui Chun》 who li ved in the Ming Dynasty,its name was first seen in Yang Lishan’s 《Shang Han Wen Yi Tiao Bia n》.It is an important prescription for regulating qi due to its excellent formulation,which is sim ple and but have powerful medicine,both external and internal solutions,and the simultaneous tr eatment of qi and blood.2.Theoretical research part: “Qi Ascending and Descending Theory” is an important part of the t heory of traditional Chinese medicine.The formation of malignant tumors is closely related to th e imbalance of qi.Therefore,the basic treatment should be to regulate the ascending and decendi ng of qi.3.Clinical research part:(1)A total of 47 articles were included in this study,including 7 clinical observation literature,40 medical case or summary of experience literatures.(2)In the statistics of the diseases treated,according to the number of mentions,the order is lung cancer,nasopharyngeal cancer,pancreatic cancer,thyroid cancer,brain tumor,primary liver can cer,breast cancer,gastric cancer,bowel cancer,tongue cancer,metastatic liver cancer,bladder ca ncer,lymphoma.(3)In the statistics of the type of syndrome treated,according to the number of mentions,the ord er is yin deficiency and internal heat syndrome,qi and yin deficiency syndrome,liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome,heat poison accumulation syndrome,phlegm and stasis mutual junct ion syndrome,medium scorch moisture resistance syndrome,wind heat internal depression,qi st agnation and phlegm obstruction syndrome,heart and liver depression and heat,and yang ming d ry certificate syndrome.(4)In the statistics of the symptoms treated,according to the number of mentions,the top ten sy mptoms are constipation,dry mouth,fatigue,cough,poor feeding,dry throat,vomiting,fever,fla nk fullness,hoarseness.(5)In the statistics of tongue distribution,according to the number of tongue mentions,the order is red tongue,light red tongue,dark red tongue,light tongue,and dark ecchymosis on the tongue;According to the number of tongue mentions,the order is less moss,moss white greasy,moss ye llow,moss thin yellow,moss thin white,moss white,moss greasy slightly yellow,moss yellow g reasy,moss thin black and dry,moss white and dry,flower peeling moss.(6)In the statistics of pulse distribution,according to the number of compound pulse mentions,t he order is fine pulse chord,fine pulse number,pulse fine,pulse sinking fine chord number,puls e string fine number,pulse string number,pulse string slip,pulse string slip,pulse string slip num ber,pulse fine slip number,pulse number microchord,pulse slow;According to the number of m entions of a single vein,the order is fine veins,string pulses,several pulses,slippery pulse,sinki ng pulse,and slow pulse.(7)In the statistics of medication rules,the maximum dosage of bombyx batryticatus is 20 g,the minimum dosage is 6g,the commonly used amount is 10 g,and the average dosage is 10.9g;the maximum dosage of cicadae periostracum is 15 g,the minimum dosage is 3g,the common amou nt is 6g,the average dosage is 7.8g;the maximum dosage of rher radix et rhizoma is 16 g,the mi nimum dosage is 3g,the commonly used amount is 10 g,and the average dosage is 7.3g;the max imum dosage of curcumae longae rhizoma is 20 g,the minimum dosage is 6g,the commonly use d amount is 6g and 10 g,and the average dosage is 9.9g.(8)In the statistics of drug matching,according to the number of mentions,the order is licorice,wheat dong,bellflower,citrus husk,codonopsis,tangerine peel,and northern sand ginseng;The most commonly compatible drug categories are clear heat,qi supplementation,yin nourishment,and qi management.(9)According to the literature analysis of other studies not included,Shengjiang Powder can imp rove complications such as cancer pain and neoplastic fever,and has a certain alleviating effect o n treatment-related adverse reactions(such as EGFRIs-related rash,radiation-induced lung injur y,opioid-induced constipation).4.Summary of instructor’s experience part: Professor Cao Jianxiong has made good use of Shen gjiang Powder in the treatment of malignant tumors.Centering on the core efficacy of Shengjian g Powder,Professor Cao Jianxiong has flexibly prescribed drugs,emphasized the adjustment of t he method of ascending and decending according to the clinical symptoms,and paid attention to the regulation of emotions,which has certain clinical effects.Conclusions:1.The application of Shengjiang Powder in the treatment of malignant tumors is theoretical and practical.It is often used in the treatment of lung cancer,nasopharyngeal cancer,pancreatic canc er and thyroid cancer.It can improve complications such as cancer pain and neoplastic fever,and has a certain alleviating effect on treatment-related adverse reactions(such as EGFRIs-related ra sh,radiation-induced lung injury,opioid-induced constipation).The most commonly used syndro mes are yin deficiency and internal heat syndrome,qi and yin deficiency syndrome,liver depress ion and qi stagnation syndrome.In terms of prescription rules,the dosage of rher radix et rhizom a is less than that of ancient formula,while the dosage of curcumae longae rhizoma is more than that of ancient formula.2.Professor Cao Jianxiong’s clinical application of Shengjiang Powder focused on the core patho genesis,flexibly adding and subtracting the drug according to the disease,and had certain clinica l effects.
