| Objective: In this paper, the 5th edition of the Chinese Medical Code is used as the main literature retrieval database, the traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance assistance platform(TCMISS2.5 edition)is used as the main tool, and the research method of combining statistical research and literature research is adopted to mine the data of prescriptions used by doctors in Ming and Qing dynasties to treat epigastric pain from the perspective of blood stasis, and the obtained statistical results are combined with the discussed relevant theories of doctors. This paper summarizes and sums up the characteristics of medication used by doctors in Ming and Qing dynasties to treat epigastric pain from the perspective of blood stasis, hoping to provide reference for clinical differentiation and treatment of epigastric pain related to blood stasis.Methods:1.By referring to the current literature on the progress of the research on epigastric pain, eligible works of doctors in the Ming and Qing dynasties are selected, and then the fifth edition of Chinese Medical Code is taken as the main literature retrieval database. The search terms are set as "epigastric pain","stomach pain","heartache","pain under the heart","heart-abdominal pain","abdominal pain",etc.,and the content of the selected works is retrieved. And appropriately extended to the articles and prescriptions belonging to the pain family or chapter in the catalogue of works, the literature research method was used to analyze them, and the theoretical characteristics of Ming and Qing doctors in treating epigastric pain from the perspective of blood stasis were summarized and discussed.2.Use WPSExcel to sort out the collected prescriptions on the treatment of epigastric pain from the perspective of blood stasis by doctors in Ming and Qing dynasties into a database, and use the TCM inheritance auxiliary platform(TCMISS2.5 version)to conduct statistical research and analysis such as frequency analysis, correlation analysis and cluster analysis, and combine the relevant theories of doctors.Summarize and summarize the characteristics of medicine used by doctors in Ming and Qing dynasties to treat epigastric pain from the perspective of blood stasis. Results: A total of 53 effective prescriptions were screened and included, involving 93 TCM.Top10 drugs were angelica sinensis,Rhizoma corydalis, peach kernel,Radix xyloides, ligusticum Chuanxiong,Wulingzhi,Curcuma zedoary, glycyrrhiza,Radix cyrrhizae,Radix paeoniae radix;Drugs with high frequency were classified, and the top 3 drugs were classified as: drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, drugs for regulating qi and drugs for tonifying deficiency. The medicinal properties are mostly warm, flat and cold; The medicinal taste mainly belongs to xin, bitter, sweet taste; The main channels are liver, spleen, heart and stomach. The top 3 drug combination frequency were rhizoma corydalis--angelica sinensis, peach kernel--Angelica sinensis, ligusticum Chuanxiong--Angelica sinensis. The top 3correlations of drug combinations were: Ligusticum Chuanxiong-Angelica,Curcuma zedoary-Angelica,Rhizoma corydalis-Angelica.The drug core group consisted of 10 groups, which were respectively: Fructus scutellariae-Rhizoma corydalis,Fructus aurantii-Peony peel,lilac-Chuanxiong-Melania Fructus-sequentum,Red peony root-Safflower 2 platycodendron leaves,Wulingzhi-Chuanxiong-Radix Rehmanniae,Scutellaria-Gardenia-mirabilis,Fructus aurantii-Rhizoma coptidis,lilac-melania Fructus-Radix aconiti, red peony-safflower-peony peel,Wulingzhi-licorice-ginger.Five new prescriptions were obtained: Scutellaria scutellaria-gardenia-Rhizoma corydalis-mirabilis,peach seed-Fructus aurantii-Moutan peel-Rhizoma coptidis,clove-melia chinaberry seed-Paraconite,red peony root-safflower leaf-Moutan peel,Wulingzhi-Chuanxiong Shengdi-yellow licorice-ginger.Conclusion:1.Through literature research,it was found that the spleen and stomach theory tended to be perfected in the Ming and Qing dynasties, and the treatment of epigastric pain from the perspective of blood stasis had become an important aspect of the treatment.Theories such as Ye Tianshi’s syndrome differentiation of Wei Qi Ying blood,Wang Qingren’s "Eight Methods of Promoting Blood Circulation" and Tang Zonghai’s "Theory of Blood Syndrome" appeared, and the use of drugs to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis became more and more popular.2.Through data mining,it is found that the medicine characteristics of doctors in Ming and Qing dynasties in treating epigastric pain from the perspective of blood stasis are as follows: Doctors in Ming and Qing Dynasties especially prefer to use Wentong and pay attention to soothing the liver and regulating qi when treating epigastric pain from the perspective of blood stasis. The medicinal flavor is mainly xin, bitter and sweet, which is convenient for qi to disperse blood stasis,Kuqing and stagnation of heat, and sweet to improve qi and its urgency, with less salty, sour and astringent taste. In addition to promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, the commonly used drugs are mainly mixed with qi regulating drugs and deficiency supplementing drugs. They do not like attacking too much and damaging stomach qi.In addition to the spleen and stomach channels, more drugs into the liver and heart.3.Through the cluster analysis of TCMISS software, five new prescriptions were obtained:Scutellaria scutellarii-Rhizoma gardeniae-mirabilis,peach kernel-Fructus aurantii-Moutan peel-Coptis coptidis,lilac-Melia chinaberry seed-Pleulocarp-Aconite,red peony root-Safflower-Pleulocarp leaf-Moutan peel,Wulingzhi-Chuanxiong-Shengdi-yellow licorice-ginger. |
