Research On The Prescription And Medicine Rules For Children's Enuresis Based On The Medical Records Of Famous Chinese Medicine Practitioner

Objective: In this study,we collected medical cases of famous TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine)practitioners in the treatment of nocturnal enuresis in children to excavate the prescription drug rules in medical cases which can provide a reference for the treatment of nocturnal enuresis in children.Methods: In the library of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine,looking up the subject words of the book titles,such as "Traditional Chinese Medicine Cases","Examination Cases","Experience",etc.Reading these books manually one by one and screening medical cases for the treatment of nocturnal enuresis in children.Taking photos of covers of the books,page numbers,authors,publication information,and famous TCM practitioners’ information where the medical cases located to build a database of images.Compiling a roster of famous TCM practitioners on home visits,and checking the relevant documents publicized by Administrations of Traditional Chinese Medicine and hospitals at all levels one by one.Classifing famous TCM practitioners according to national,provincial,municipal and hospital levels,then screening the medical cases again.Using Microsoft Office Excel 2019 worksheet to extract and clean data on TCM syndrome types,prescription name and drug composition of the final confirmation which entered into the medical cases.And then importing the cleaned data into Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(V2.5).Using the "statistical analysis" and "prescription analysis" functions in the "data analysis" module to perform frequency statistics,analysis association rules,and cluster drug which can excavate the rules of prescription medicine and analysis the experience of famous TCM practitioners in the treatment of nocturnal enuresis in children.Results:1.There are 130 books and 280 medical cases for the initial screening,then 115 books and 220 medical cases are included finally.A total of 72 national-level famous TCM practitioners,25provincial-level famous TCM practitioners,17 municipal famous TCM practitioners,and 14hospital/county-level famous TCM practitioners are involved.2.A total of 184 prescriptions are included,including 47 songs with the name of classic formula,which been used 92 times.The most frequently used are Suoquan Pill,Sangpiaoxiao Powder,Gongdi Pill,Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and Longdan Xiegan Decoction.There are 128 prescriptions without a square name,including self-fictional prescriptions and empirical prescriptions.The prescriptions contain Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,Suoquan Pill,Sangpiaoxiao Powder and other components.3.A total of 213 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine are included which been used 2513 times.The most frequently used are invigorating Chinese medicine,convergence Chinese medicine,and tonifying yang Chinese medicine whose medicinal properties are mainly warm and mild nature,medicinal taste are mainly sweet flavour,acrid flavour and bitter flavour,and meridians entry mainly attribute to the kidney and spleen.4.According to different syndrome types,conducting statistics and analysis of prescription drugs: the high-frequency drugs of Xiayuan deficiency-cold syndrome are Alpinia oxyphylla Miq,Poria cocos,Rosa Laevigata Michx,Mulberry Cockroach,Lindera aggregata,Psoraleae Fructus,Raspberry,and Acorus calamus.The commonly used prescriptions are Sangpiaoxiao Powder,Gongdi Pill,and Suoquan Pill.The high-frequency drugs for lung and spleen deficiency are Alpinia oxyphylla Miq,Chinese yam,Astragalus,Mulberry Cockroach,Codonopsis pilosula,and Atractylodes Macrocephala Koid.The commonly used prescriptions are Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,Suoquan Pill,and Gongdi Pill.The high-frequency drugs for heart and kidney are Alpinia oxyphylla Miq,Poria cocos,Chinese yam,Mulberry Cockroach,and Dogwood.The commonly used prescriptions are Zhibai Dihuang Pill,Suoquan Pill,and Sangpiaoxiao Powder.The high-frequency drugs of liver with humid heat evidence are Chaihu,raw Rehmannia glutinosa,Scutellaria baicalensis and licorice.The commonly used prescriptions are gentian liver soup and Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder.5.Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System,a total of 20 core drug combinations were excavated,and 10 new drug combinations were obtained.Conclusion:1.The clinical treatment of nocturnal enuresis in children by famous TCM practitioners is based on the principle of "warming and invigorating Xiayuan,consolidating the bladder",and mostly based on the combination of "Sangpiaoxiao Powder" and "Suoquan Pill",which fully takes care for kidney yang.2.In the treatment of nocturnal enuresis in children by famous famous TCM practitioners,the commonly used drugs include Alpinia oxyphylla Miq,Mulberry Cockroach,Chinese yam,Astragalus,etc.Correlation analysis confirms that Mulberry Cockroach,Alpinia oxyphylla Miq and Chinese yam have the highest combined usage.3.Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System provides a new idea for clinical diagnosis and treatment of nocturnal enuresis in children,which should be combined with the physiological characteristics of children’s lung,spleen and kidney are often in deficient,heart and liver are often enough",and abide by the new idea of the syndrome differentiation of eight classes.
