Analysis Of Medication Rules Of Famous Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners In Treating Chronic Urticaria Based On The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platfor

Purpose:To collect and sort out the medical records of famous veteran doctors of traditional Chinese medicine,excavate the medication rules of famous veteran doctors of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic urticaria through the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support platform,and use cluster analysis and other analysis methods to analyze the data in a deeper level to find its potential new prescription combination,so as to provide new guiding significance for clinical treatment of chronic urticaria.Material and method:Based on the collection of books in the library of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,supplemented by Wanfang Data Resources System,VIP Periodical Resources Integration Service Platform,and China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),we searched(1949 – present)famous TCM medical records.The ancient and modern medical case cloud platform software was used to analyze the medication of famous old Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic urticaria.Data mining was carried out from the aspects of medication frequency,nature and flavor meridian,drug dosage,association rules and cluster analysis,so as to obtain the medication rules of famous old Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic urticaria.Results:1.Basic information of literature : A total of 119 eligible medical cases were screened,involving 57 veteran TCM doctors.2.Basic information of medical cases : 119 medical cases,patients with common incentives and aggravating factors : temperature and climate,food,time,etc.3.Prescriptions :(1)119 prescriptions were analyzed,involving 197 herbs,of which the top 10 herbs were licorice,windbreak,angelica,white skin,astragalus,radix paeoniae rubra,radix paeoniae rubra,peony bark,schizonepeta,radix rehmanniae.Liver meridian,spleen meridian and lung meridian are the main meridians.Taste to warm,cold,flat;sweet,bitter,hard.Involved in 19 drug efficacy,including tonics,antipyretics,antipyretics..resuscitation drugs.(2)Through the analysis of prescription rules,the common drug pairs are : 1 licorice,windbreak;2 Fangfeng,Huangqi;3 Fangfeng,Danggui;4 Fangfeng,Danggui;5 licorice,angelica;6 licorice,astragalus;7 windproof and white skin;8 licorice,white skin;9licorice,white skin yellow;10 Fangfeng,Baishao.(3)The core drugs of famous old Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic urticaria are :licorice,windbreak,white peony root,schizonepeta,white skin,red peony root,atractylodes,peony bark,astragalus,angelica,cicada,earthworm,Chuanxiong.(4)The new prescriptions obtained by cluster analysis are : 1 Radix Saposhnikoviae,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Cortex Dictamni,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Cortex Moutan;2 Gancao,Fangfeng,Huangqi,Baizhu,Cangzhu,Difuzi;3 red peony root,windbreak,licorice,angelica,peony bark,white skin;4 licorice,white skin,poria cocos,windbreak,angelica,gypsum;5 Rehmannia glutinosa,Tribulus terrestris,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Cicada,Ligustrum lucidum,Coix Seed.Conclusion:1.Famous old Chinese medicine treatment of chronic urticaria commonly used drugs attribute to : warm,cold,flat;sweet,bitter,hard;liver,spleen,lung.2.Famous and old Chinese medicine used tonic medicine,heat-clearing medicine,relieving exterior medicine to treat chronic urticaria.3.The commonly used drug pairs and drug combinations are classified according to efficacy :nourishing blood and activating blood,dispelling wind and relieving itching,relieving exterior and dispelling wind and relieving itching,tonifying qi and consolidating exterior and relieving itching,clearing heat and removing dampness and relieving itching.
