Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Acupuncture At Sizhukong Touligu Combined With Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction In The Treatment Of Migraine With Blood Stasis And Obstruction Of Collateral

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture at Sizhukongtou rate valley combined with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of migraine with blood stasis syndrome.Methods: The 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were numbered(1-60)according to the order of treatment,and were divided into three groups of A,B and C according to the random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.Group A was the treatment group(acupuncture silk bamboo air permeability valley and Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction group)given acupuncture from the first day,continuous acupuncture for 6 days,rest for 1 day,7 days as a cycle,repeated 2 cycles for 1 course of treatment;at the same time,Chinese medicine was taken from the first day of acupuncture,and 14 days was a course of treatment.Group B was the control group(acupuncture silk bamboo air permeability valley group)given acupuncture from the first day,continuous acupuncture for 6 days,rest for 1 day,7 days as a cycle,repeat 2 cycles to 14 days.Group C was the control group(Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction group),which was given traditional Chinese medicine from the first day,and continued to take 14 days as a course of treatment.There were 20 patients in each group.The symptom integral method and PRO scale score were compared between the three groups.Results:1.Before and after treatment,the symptom scores of the three groups were compared.The results showed that after treatment,compared with the group before treatment,the symptom scores of the three groups were significantly reduced(P < 0.05),and group A was lower than group B and group C.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After treatment,the total effective rates of group A,B and C were 90 %,70 % and 70 %,respectively.The overall efficacy of group A was better than that of group B and group C.There was no significant difference in the overall efficacy between group B and group C(P > 0.05).2.Before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,the PRO scale scores of the three groups were compared.The results showed that 4 weeks after treatment,the PRO scale scores of the three groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05).Compared with group B and group C,group A decreased more significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in PRO scale score between group B and group C after treatment(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Acupuncture silk bamboo air permeability rate valley combined with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction,acupuncture silk bamboo air permeability rate valley and Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction canimprove the symptoms of migraine patients with blood stasis obstruction.The effective rate of acupuncture silk bamboo air permeability rate valley combined with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction is higher than that of acupuncture silk bamboo air permeability rate valley or Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction alone.
