Application Of Delphi Method To Explore The Common TCM Syndrome Types And Classification Indicators Of Obese Type 2 Diabetes In Liaoning Are

Purpose: To explore the TCM syndrome types and classification indicators of obese type 2diabetes in Liaoning by using Delphi method expert questionnaire.First,we obtain basic Chinese medicine type and classification index of obesity type 2 diabetes mellitus,and provide the concept and the basis for the treatment of obesity type 2,and promote the related research of the obesity type 2 diabetes,and improve the treatment system.Materials and methods: This research is divided into two parts: the first part summarizes and establishes the TCM syndrome questionnaire for obese type 2 diabetes after reading through the qualified literature by browsing the relevant literature in the database and selecting the literature that meets the inclusion criteria;the second part sets up an expert investigation team to conduct expert opinion survey,statistical analysis and sensitivity test on the TCM syndrome of obese type 2 diabetes using the Delphi method,Test stability and repeatability.This questionnaire takes the lead in investigating the TCM syndromes of obese type 2 diabetes.According to the clinical experience of experts,the TCM syndrome differentiation of obese type 2 diabetes is classified as common,relatively common,and uncommon.At the same time,corresponding scores are given by judging the importance of each syndrome type entry,the judgment basis of the entry,and the familiarity of the entry,and personal modification and supplement opinions are given to all syndrome types and syndrome type entries.The first round of expert questionnaire was recovered,and the data were collated and analyzed.The final coefficients and expert opinions were compared to evaluate the TCM syndrome differentiation and syndrome type entries of obese type 2 diabetes in Liaoning.And,the result of the first questionnaire was improved,and the second expert questionnaire was formed.The new coefficient statistics iterated the first round calculation method.To obtain the final results of the symptoms and classification indices of traditional Chinese medicine patients in Liaoning obese type 2 diabetes.Results:1.Through two rounds of Delphi expert questionnaires and harvest coefficient scores,experts have a unified understanding of the syndrome types and TCM syndromes of obese type 2diabetes.2.With the help of Delphi experts’ two rounds of questionnaires,the experts collected and clearly understood the TCM syndrome types of obese type 2 diabetes.In the two rounds of investigation,more than 50% of experts believe that these seven syndromes are common,namely: spleen deficiency,phlegm swallowing,spleen deficiency and low heat,qi phlegm,qi phlegm,liver depression and stomach depression,yin and yang.In the second questionnaire,more than 60% of patients found spleen immobility,which is very common.It can be seen that the interviewed experts believe that obese type 2 diabetes patients in Liaoning are characterized by spleen and dampness,internal resistance of phlegm and dampness,dampness and heat,qi and phlegm stasis,qi and yin deficiency,liver depression and spleen and stomach,qi deficiency and phlegm stasis,yin and yang deficiency.3.In the two rounds of expert consultation survey,the coefficient of variation of statistical syndrome type items is not more than 0.3,the average importance evaluation of two rounds of statistical syndrome type items is not less than 3,and the expert authority coefficient is not less than 0.7.It can be seen that the expert’s judgment on the syndrome type is quite understandable and authoritative.The expert’s understanding of the TCM syndrome type and syndrome type of obesity type 2 diabetes in Liaoning is highly centralized and unified.Therefore,this Delphi survey only carried out two rounds of questionnaires.Obese type 2diabetes in Liaoning Province is highly centralized and unified,and the Delphi survey only carried out two rounds of surveys.Conclusion:The common TCM syndromes of obesity type 2 diabetes in Liaoning are: spleen deficiency and dampness,phlegm dampness and internal resistance,damp heat accumulating in the spleen,qi phlegm deficiency,liver stagnation and spleen stomach,yin yang deficiency.Among them,the most common types of obese type 2 diabetes in Liaoning are spleen deficiency and damp heat,phlegm dampness and internal resistance,and damp heat and spleen deficiency.
