Based On "Dual Heart Medicine", An Analysis Of Professor Jiao Xiaomin's Medication Rules In The Treatment Of Chronic Heart Failure Combined With Anxiet

Purpose:This study analyzes the frequency of traditional Chinese medicine drugs used by Professor Jiao Xiaomin in the treatment of chronic heart failure complicated with anxiety,sorts out the common clinical drugs of Professor Jiao Xiaomin for the treatment of chronic heart failure complicated with anxiety,explores the treatment ideas of Professor Jiao Xiaomin in the treatment of chronic heart failure complicated with anxiety,and summarizes Professor Jiao Xiaomin’s academic thoughts,so as to provide some reference for the clinical treatment of chronic heart failure combined with anxiety.Material and method:In this study,103 outpatients with chronic heart failure who were clearly diagnosed with chronic heart failure and had a Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)with a score of ≥ 14 points were selected from the outpatient clinic of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Chinese Medicine from September 1,2021 to December 31,2022,and the database was established by using Office Excel software to statistically analyze the frequency,frequency,and four qi,five flavors,and meridian of high-frequency traditional Chinese medicine used by Professor Jiao Xiaomin in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure and anxiety.The method of cluster analysis was used to study the traditional Chinese medicines with more than 19 frequencies,and the medication rules and medication ideas of Professor Jiao Xiaomin in the treatment of chronic heart failure complicated with anxiety were explored.Results:1.This study involved a total of 160 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine,with a total frequency of 1813 uses,of which 29 flavors of traditional Chinese medicines with a frequency greater than 20 times were used,and the frequency of use was 1323 times,accounting for 72.57% of the total frequency,of which the top ten frequencies were poria,skullcap,licorice,ginger banxia,jujube,ginger,codonopsis,oysters,and tangerine peel.2.Professor Jiao Xiaomin uses more frequently the drugs are deficiency medicine,anti-table medicine,antipyretic medicine,qi regulating medicine,and calming medicine,the first number of times used in the four qi is warm medicine,followed by cold medicine,the first number of times used in the five flavors is sweet medicine,followed by spicy and bitter medicine,and the spleen meridian,lung meridian,stomach meridian are used more often.3.The results of cluster analysis showed that Professor Jiao Xiaomin’s commonly used drugs for the treatment of chronic heart failure and anxiety were keel and oyster,ginger and jujube,saihu and skullcap,calamus and yuanzhi,tulip and woody fragrance,poria and tangerine peel.4.The results of factor analysis showed that Professor Jiao Xiaomin commonly used combinations for the treatment of chronic DHF:Group 1 Oysters,keels,licorice,ginger,dates;Group 2 Citrus aurantium,Zhuru,Tangerine Peel,Poria;Group 3 Chai Hu,Shuangqin,Jiang Banxia;Group 4 Calamus,Yuanzhi,Tulip,Woody;Group 5 Guizhi,white peony,and party ginseng;Group 6White art,angelica,ze diarrhea;Group 7 Gardenia,Danshen,Rehmania,Maidong,Chuanxiong.Conclusion:Professor Jiao Xiaomin distinguishes the treatment of chronic heart failure and anxiety with the theory of qi,blood and water and the unity of the five internal organs as the core,and the treatment is combined with qi supplementation,blood revitalization,water rejuvenation and qi regulating machine drugs,with remarkable clinical efficacy and worthy of inheritance and application.
