Exploring Professor Zhang Xikui’s Medication Rules For Chronic Kindey Dusease Form The Theory Of Blood Stasis Based On Data Mining

ObjectiveThis study intends to use data mining technology to statistically analyze Professor Zhang Xikui’s treatment of chronic kidney disease cases,in order to explore Professor Zhang Xikui’s medication pattern and clinical experience in treating chronic kidney disease from stasis,and to lay the foundation for better inheritance and development of Professor Zhang Xikui’s academic thought.MethodsThis study collected chronic kidney disease medical records form January 2017 to December 2021 in the Second People’s Hospital Affilisted to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Department of State Clinic of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Screening out cases that conform the diagnostic criteria and exclusion criteria,and estabish a corresponding database.Using Traditional Chinese Medicicine Inheritance Computing Platform(3.0),IBM SPSS22.0 and other software,through basic information analysis,frequency ananlysis,association rules and cluster analysis and other statistical methods to analyze the prescriptions for treating chronic kidney disease form”Stasis”.ReaultA total of 200 medical records were included in this study.There are moremen than women,the highest incidence rate was form 19 to 44 years and 45 to 59 years old.The drugs with frequency greater than 5.00% had 56 flavors,which were commomly used in this study.They were Astragalus,Poria,Contex dictamin,Eclipta,Alisma orientalias,fruit of glossy privet,Pseudo-ginseng,etc.According to the commonly used drugs for activating blood stasis inclouded in this study,there were 15 flavours,among which the frequency of drugs for activating blood circulation and resolving blood stasis greater than 5.00% were Pseudo-ginseng,Motherwort,Achyranthes bidentata,Rhubarb,Peach kernel,Angelica sinensis,Hawthorn,Spatholibus stem,Moutan bark,the root of red-rooted salvia,Herba lycopi.The main drug combinations are Astragalus and Pseudo-ginseng,Motherwort and Herba lycopi,Cogon rhizome and Pseudo-ginseng,Peach kernel and Safflower,Angelica sinensis and Red Peony Roots.The main drug prescriptions were: the first group of drugs:monkshood,white atractylodes rhizome,radix paeoniae alba,poria,alisma orientalis,cassia twig,motherwort,astragalus,cortex dictamni,parasitic loranthus,teasel root,sealwort,plantain seed,pyrrosia lingua,hawthorn,membranes of chicken gizzards;the second group of drugs: radix bupleuri,angelica sinensis,radix paeoniae alba,poria,astragalus,pseudo-ginseng,rhizoma imperatae,oyster,cortex dictamni,gorgon fruit,membranes of chicken gizzards,rice sprout,malt.the third group of drugs: astragalus,eclipta,fruit of glossy privet,poria,polyporus umbellatus,pyrrosia lingua,cortex dictamni,the root of kudzu vine,parasitic loranthus,gorgon fruit,rosa laevigata,motherwort,achyranthes bidentata,spatholibus stem;the fourth group of drugs: radix rehmanniae,cornus officinalis,yam,poria,alisma orientalias,moutan bark,motherwort,peach kernel,astragalus,the root of kudzu vine,gastrodia elata,rice sprout,malt,dried tangerine or orange peel,pericarpium citri reticulatae viride,radix scrophulariae;the fifth group of drugs: rhubarb,monkshood,astragalus,eucommia ulmoides,teasel root,semen cuscutae,peach kernel,liliy,edible tulip,fructus kochiae,membranes of chicken gizzards,dried tangerine or orange peel;the sixed group of drugs: radix bupleuri,baikal skullcap,banxia,poria,polyporus umbellatus,alisma orientalias,cassia twig,oysters,salvia miltiorrhiza bge,codonopsis pilosula,pericarpium arecae,dried tangerine or orange peel.Conclusion1.Professor Zhang Xikui believes that the pathogenesis of chronic kidney disease is based on the deficiency of both spleen and kidney,and the actual evil is always present,with blood stasis being an important pathogenic and pathological factor.2.Stasis of blood is an important factor in the development of chronic kidney disease.Dampness,heat,stasis and deficiency can all lead to stasis of blood,and stasis of blood is present throughout the disease.In the therapy,Professor Zhang Xikui combines the patient’s condition with evidence-based treatment,and implements the treatment method of activating blood and removing blood stasis on the basis of seeking the root cause of the disease.3.The use of sweet taste in medicine is predominant,which is mainly used in spleen,kindey and liver,and the cold medicine and the heat medicine are used toghter,without obvious deciation.Commonly used combinations of drugs that activate blood circulation and remove blood stasis are astragalus and panax ginseng,motherwort and eupatorium,angelica sinensis and radix paeoniae rubra,panax ginseng and rhizoma Imperatae,peach kernel and carthamus,etc.The method of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis is advocated throughout,and is combined with medicines that benefit Qi and nourish blood,clear heat and dampness,clear heat and detoxify toxins,tonify the liver and kidney,warm yang and promote water circulation,etc.4.On the basis of the prescription,according to the different symptoms of the patient,the diagnosis and treatment are different.Based on the prescriptions of Zhen Wu Tang,Yi Yao San,Huang Qi Er Zhi Wan,Liu Wei Di Huang Wan,Da Huang Hui Zi Tang and Chai Ling Tang,with drugs to activate blood circulation and remove blood stasis.
