Study On The Symptoms, Causes, Mechanisms, And Treatments Of The Lung Meridian Of The Hand Taiyin In The Chapter Of "Lingshu·Jingmai

Purpose:The paper is based on the records of the meridians and collaterals of the lungs in "Lingshu·meridian",and the discussion of the aponeurotic system symptoms of " Lingshu·Jingjin",this paper discusses the regular pattern of original etiolog,pathogenesis,treatment principles and acupuncture prescriptions of lung channel,collatera and aponeurotic system of hand taiyin,collects the symposium on medical topics of the medical family in the past dynasties,summarizes and refines the characteristics of symptoms of the lung channel of hand taiyin,so as to provide reference for meridian syndrome differentiation and acupuncture and moxibustion treatment.Material and method:Systematic search of CNKI,Wanfang,Weipu Database,to collect and sort the literature on the explaining of the "Shi Dong" disease and "Shi Zhu" disease,the search period is from the establishment of the database to March 2023.To comparing the discuss of lung channel of hand taiyin between the "Mai Shu ","Hand-foot-11 by Moxibustion","Yin and Yang Moxibustion by 11" and "Lingshu ",in order to explore the similarities and differences and internal relationship.Retrieving in the database of Chinese medical classics with the name of the symptoms as the key word,the search period for the document was completed in the Qing Dynasty and before(Before1912),after collecting and sorting,statistics the proportion and frequency of use of meridians and acupoints,and cluster analysis the acupoints with use frequency of three or more with the help of Spss26.0 software.Results:1."Shi Dong" disease,"Shi Zhu" disease can be explained as wei-energy and ying blood,yin-yang inside and outside,inside and outside and deficiency and excess,Channe-qi dynamic and static,own and other meridian,meridian and zang-fu,source text and addition,changing and treatment.2."Mai Shu ","Hand-foot-11 by Moxibustion","Yin and Yang Moxibustion by 11" and has discussed the running route and symptoms of the lung channel of hand taiyin."Lingshu" also systematically elaborated the running route and symptoms of the collaterals and the aponeurotic system of hand taiyin.,which are four important documents.It can be seen by comparing the four documents is that the relevant contents discussed in the "Ling Shu" are the most comprehensive.And the lung channe of Hand taiyin has internal connection in the naming,running route,zang-fu relation,symptoms and treatment,but the four literature are different on the whole,the evolution of the running route is relatively large.3.In the acupuncture treatment of of various symptoms of lung channel,collateral and aponeurotic system of hand taiyin,the find of summarize the ancient doctors is that the application of lung channel of hand taiyin is the most,with the highest proportion.The top three acupoints in use frequency are Taiyuan,Chize and Lieque.Each meridian involved 156 acupoints,including 26 meridians of the Bladder Meridian of Foot-Taiyin which application range is the most extensiver.In addition,the living acupoint also involved in treatment of the symptom.4.The acupoints included in the statistics can be divided into six categories according to the cluster analysis,it can be acupoint selection from the perspectives of heart,kidney,febrile disease,schizophrenia,bloom full of mind and water metabolism diseases.It reflects the diversity of lung pathological treatment.Conclusion:1."Change and,treatment theory" is most accepted by the academic circle,which believes that "shi dong" disease is caused by abnormal changes of the meridians,and "shi zhu" is the diseasethat can be treated by the acupoints.2.The meridian pathology in the meridian theory guides the path of the meridian.3.The symptoms of lung channel,collateral and aponeurotic system of hand taiyin are caused by external evil factors in "Lingshu ",correlation with the physiological function of the pulmonary main qi,external evil invasion of the lung,the pathogenesis of hand taiyin is mainly about stagnation of the circulation of vital energy,disorder of qi and deficiency of vital energy.Treatment should make the QI-blood nourish and unobstructed.4.In all the treatment acupoints,the bladder channel of foot taiyang acupoints accounted for 26 with the largest number and the widest range,it reflects the relationship between the lung and the bladder,pulmonary disease can be treated with the acupoints of Bladder Meridian of Foot-Taiyin.
